30 Day Shred - Day 5
Getting there... doing a better job with the modified push ups. Made it the whole way through the workout without stopping. I’m definitely feeling a difference, although I don’t see one.

30 Day Shred - Day 2
Not gonna lie - just getting round to doing day 2 was incredibly tough for me. I was so sore after day 1 that I gave myself a few days to recover. Mid week I thought I could do day 2, but I was still pretty sore and as soon as I started the warm-up, I knew it just wasn’t going to happen.
Yesterday, I was feeling much better and got through the whole thing. Still taking lots of breaks with modified pushups. Took a minute to drink water between circuit 1 and 2 as well. Jillian claims I’ll see a huge difference in my endurance by day 5, 6, 7, so let’s stay positive and see how it goes!

30 Day Shred - Day 1
I’ve decided that the 30 day shred is a good place to start this journey. The pushups were modified and pretty much a washout, but I kept going anyway. The rest of it wasn’t too bad - it definitely made me sweat, but I got through it. I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow...
