As a cassidyvictim believer since 2020 speaking from experience, how many condescending asks/comments have you gotten that say almost word for word "the crying child CAN'T be Cassidy, Cassidy is a girl and was killed by William"

i just nod along and am like "yes, because the girl named cassidy we see was... possessing bonnie... in the same book where golden freddy was possessed by a boy named michael who had nothing to do with michael afton..." and now we can also point to the male GF possessor in the films who wears a striped shirt and specifically has the same hair color as Vanessa (to the point where the actor had to dye his hair for filming)

and also the fact that altered text revealed the name Cassidy and the crying child is the spirit who alters text, while the faded text never once alters text in any other instance of the book,

and that help wanted 2 explicitly has only one golden freddy voltron figure and one golden freddy grave when they could've easily split those in half or made two of them, meanwhile curse of dreadbear heavily implies that crying child possessed fredbear, and the week before also HEAVILY implies that the crying child is possessing one of the main five animatronics, most likely golden freddy, as ralph can hear the bite of 83 happen and then turn around and get bit in the exact same way cc did,

and also VIP having the fifth missing child after four dead ones (killed by an animatronic that's likely part of the mimic program) being a younger brother prone to tears who's abandoned by his older brother at a freddy's location and his favorite ride is the carousel and he's specifically got a mysterious freddy's-brand plush mentioned

and also that happiest day is literally explicitly a parallel to the bite of 83 to the point of having a reversed layout AND the fnaf world narrator is most likely the voice from fnaf4 saying they'd help the crying child and fnaf world is about setting up the fnaf 3 minigames so that happiest day can happen and happiest day happens to the golden freddy spirit,

also i PROMISE im not trying to be rude, i love and accept y'alls differing interpretations of fnaf lore. but literally every time i think about cassidy afton theory i just picture this in my head
