okay. So, ive been looking into it.

Pili2 took the book to try and help Pangi and realized it applied to him too.

Then before he could do anything, pangi killed him for 30 subs. and then Pili didnt really have time to do anything before he was fully killed at the ball.

So nothing malicious, just bad timing.

Someone in Foolish's discord mentioned this and I thought it should be shared.

When Foolish was making the kingdom banner, he tried to use yellow, purple, and orange (the colors of the founding members).

And orange just didnt seem to work well with banner to Foolish. a little funny now. Yellow and Purple representing the Kingdom in the banner and orange just somehow not fitting/working well with the other colors

fans weren't hating on people making the joke though? they were just complaining about the joke in general and saying wow im kind of tired of every server continuing jokes even when foolish repeatedly denies them or says no.

cpk found the tweet on his own and repsonded as he did. No major hate campaign just some viewers saying the joke was a bit overdone and wasnt even funny to them in the first place. idk bringing it here just seems to be wanting to make it a bigger thing than it is

It’s actually kind of insane how entitled some of these people are over on twitter because WHY did CPK have to apologize and change his content to take out a joke that? The community didn’t like?

Some context: tr!Slimecicle made a joke that he was married to tr!Foolish. tr!Foolish protested, but the rest of the server followed the classic improv ‘Yes, and…’ formula and continued the joke. Eventually, it came out that Slime was canonically 12 years old, and some kinda super weird jokes came out of that. Slime died, but the story about him being married to Foolish didn’t.

It’s important to note that cc!Foolish is a grown man who can defend himself. If he was really actually super bothered, he could’ve, you know, said something, either on the server or on the discord. We know that other ccs communicated with the others on the discord about the rules regarding family friendly content, and that everyone has thus become way more mindful about it.

It’s also important to note that this is the kind of characterization that cc!Foolish has basically always done with his Minecraft characters. He’s always the punching bag with secret plans going on behind the scenes; his whole thing on both the qsmp and now on the realm smp has been Being Deep and more or less using his ability to get the shit kicked out of him to his advantage.

But, even with all that in mind, a loud minority on twitter has been going INSANE with the Bad Vibes while using the defense of tr!Foolish as their defense. We’ve seen it since the beginning with the usual ‘Fuck BBH, he’s a bully’ stuff, and now we’re seeing it with ‘I hope Foolish never logs onto the server again because people are hostile and whatever.

Most notably, we’ve got people VERY upset about the Marriage Joke.

Like, yeah, I get it, it’s a shitty joke that is literally actually overdone by now. It isn’t even a funny one, and it’s frustrating when you watch it happen. It isn’t fun to watch or hear!

But you also have to remember that this is all fake. If Foolish actually had a problem with ANY of it- the talking over him, the joke, anything- he would talk about it with his friends.

So why did CPK feel the need to apologize?

Like, it’s lowkey kinda obvious from that tweet that Foolish didn’t say anything and that it, in fact, is Not That Serious. It’s all the community, and what an entitled community this is going to become if they figure out that endless complaining will get them what they want. If they can get a cc to apologize for a joke he didn’t know made another cc supposedly upset, what else are they going to try?

I'm not sure if the event is still today. At the end of Bad's stream, Richas said it might have been moved after Bad talked about the event being today.

And at the end of Foolish's stream, someone asked if he would be online for the event today and he said he thinks the event got moved.

I'm not by any means well versed in US law, but I do know that in the United States that posting information online can actively mess with court cases, and you are highly advised to not post ANYTHING until the case is dealt with, meaning that I do find it likely that Quackity not saying anything might genuinely be for the sake of properly dealing with things legally, because anything you say can and will be used in court, especially if there's evidence of it online. Hell even if the evidence is in your favor it can screw you over in court, it's a very weird system.

Yeah, I live in America and I’m pretty aware of how our system functions. I just don’t know the technicalities of specific laws or workers rights.

For those who don’t know, the court actually rules mostly based off of storytelling here. Someone could have hella evidence that they’re guilty, but if there is one or two things off in the story or that can be spun differently, then they could walk away free. If someone is innocent, a good enough story against them or them saying the wrong thing could get them locked up.

The truth is much more mailable and cops actively want you to get yourself in trouble. They try to seem friendly, but speaking to them in a legal setting if they have suspicion of you doing something wrong will always be against your best interest.

As a POC living here my parents have always taught me since I was tiny that you never speak to the police questioning you. That’s just the way our courts work. You be silent and you ask for a lawyer because even if you are innocent, you can still get yourself in trouble.

I can’t help but understand the sentiment/instinct to stay silent when accused of a crime by a legal authority. It requires caution, and when the courts pull records of your communications, you wouldn’t want anyone to spin a story of you manipulating evidence.

I have zero fucking clue how French law functions, but if Quackity is currently tangled in a US embezzlement case then it makes sense that he’s probably limiting the things he’s saying. Saying things internally could fuck him over depending on what he says, and making social media posts while you’re being investigated is probably one of the dumbest things someone could do.

I still feel like saying /anything/ to the admins would’ve been the best play, but at this point yeah I don’t think him saying he’s quite because of legality is bullshit. We simply don’t have enough information to determine that.

Ultimately the people getting the short end of the stick at every turn is still the ex-admins. If Quackity is truly handling the embezzlement issue in court then yes, communications will continue to be limited/nothing. It’s unfortunately exactly what they don’t want.

the union implying that because they and the ex-admins they represent are not legaly engaging quackity yet it means he's lying and he isnt in a legal battle already is fucking stupid, or ignorant at best.
