TSM Veil with Headband - Hat-Hair version - Now for Base Game

Converted from Sims Medieval, edited and adapted for Sims 4, this hat gives your medieval maidens and ladies that look.

Available for all ages.

This is a hat-hair that now works with base game. This means that you add the headpiece in Hats section - and the hair comes with it. Hair color is added automagically, if you change the hair color of the sim, the hair color of this hat-hair will also change. In the merged file there is a file called HairOverlay, and if you want to edit the hair colors, you do it in this file. The mesh for hair is in the hat file.

All age versions are merged in one handy file. The kids' versions take their textures form the adult version - one merged file. Unmerge the files if you want to edit or remerge but remember to keep the files together.

TS4 Late Victorian Hairstyles

This was originally intended to be a set of only two hairstyles, but as I discovered more and more that I thought was missing from the Sims, it ended up being a full collection of 14 items. These are based on hairstyles from about 1870-1890 and should work alright for each decade. It's far from perfect, but I think it's still a useful set ❤

This set has nine hairs: three buns, three buns with ringlets, and three ponytails with a bow. They come with curly, wavy, and straight bangs. They come in all 24 EA swatches, plus 12 of my own:

Head decoration section

There are five accessories: a crown braid hairpiece, a tortoiseshell comb, a floral accessory, a bow, and a bow overlay for the ponytail. Most of these function best with the wavy and curly bun hairstyles. *Bows and florals come in my 32 swatches. Braids apply automcatically to the hairshade of the sim, and the comb comes in variations of tortoise, ivory, ebony, and mother-of-pearl. ❤ Download at my Patreon ❤

This is literally edited versions of this outfit in the same color swatches, so it can be used as if a sim changes his clothes during the day. Also works with these boots and these watch chains.

The only difference from v2 is the cravat knot. But if there are 10 variations of the same white t-shirt from EA, there can be two variations of the same vest from me. They're not in the same post only because I made two templates and don't want to re-do them into one. Swatches are different from the v2, but they also work with these boots and these watch chains.

TS4 1870s Dinner Dress

I'm so excited to be sharing this dress with you all ❤

I scrolled through Pinterest and found a beautiful dress from the 1870s that I wanted to use as inspiration. Of course, it had to be a little simplified for the Sims.

This set includes:

Inspired by ChèreIndolente's method of customizing with overlays, I went a little overboard with them this time. The dress comes with four overlay accessories: one for the bows, one for the underskirt, one for the trimmings, and one with a stripe and fleur pattern. They, of course, come in all my 32 swatches.

IMPORTANT! Since I wanted to be able to apply all overlays at once, they are spread throughout the accessory tab. Two are in the "bracelet" section, and the other two are in the respective "tights" and "socks" sections.

TS4 1920s Boudoir Set

Here is a little set for a 20s lady that contains three items: A sleeveless pyjama, a boudoir nightcap (hair), and an overlay accessory.

The hair comes in all 24 EA swatches and can be found in the short hair and updo section. All hair swatches have a plain white nightcap without the overlay. The overlay comes in my 32 swatches (seen below) and can be found in the accessory tab.

Petit Trianon Candle Wall Sconces

These are some well loved candle sconces in the Historical Simming community, and were initially made by Felixandre.

However, players will also note that when using sconces where you must slot in candles, there can be issues when redecorating (changing wallpaper, or architectural details). I have experienced candles disappearing; candles moving to the household inventory; and even candles dropping downwards...

There was a request from my friend @mrtri91 to have candles fixed to the sconces, so that they wouldn't glitch when redecorating; and I knew it was something I could take on!!

SO, using candles №1, and №4 in my set The Standard, I present the new versions of the Petit Trianon sconces:

Above, we see the tall and short versions of each of the sconces - 2 candles, 3 candles, and 4 candles; as well as the 4 different swatches - gold, silver, grey, and black.

These really do fit in a wide variety of settings; like an 18th century style hall, to a dark Victorian hallway:

Interestingly, Felixandre's versions required Dine Out, but mine are definitely Base Game Compatible!

Other times some great CC is released after I've created a lookbook it could have been included in. So what do I do with all these excess finds? Well, that's where my Pinterest comes in! There you'll find HEAPS of Sims 4 CAS custom content, organised by either century or decade. I've also got boards for reference, which are packed full of research images for each time period.

Some boards may not be fully populated at the moment, but that is because they'll be coming up soon in my Ultimate Decades Timeline series. I'm always adding more and more to my boards, so it's worth a follow if you're into historical or decades game play.

Natural Pet Relief Patches

Inspired by the work @jacky93sims had done already with making their "unlimited potty pads" for cats and dogs, I took the code a little further and also put it into a style that would fit my games better.

Instead of needing two different objects for cats and dogs, now both can use this one object, and it remains unlimited uses and no need to clean. They can be found in Misc > Pet for $0, and are quarter tile enabled and compressed.

Seasonal & Non-Seasonal types SHARE A GUID, so you must pick ONLY ONE depending on how you'd like it to function.

I've come up with 6 styles: Grass Patch (+ seasonal variant), Leaf Pile (+ seasonal variant), Straw Pile, Cornflower Patch, Anemone Flower Patch, and Shallow Hole. Each come with some built in recolors.

La Petite fille à l'arrosoir

Hello everyone sorry it's been a while. Here is a toddler and kid set with coats, skirts and some accessory pantalettes.

This set was mainly inspired by the Pierre-Auguste Renoir's painting : La Petit fille à l'arrosoir (A Girl with a Watering Can). Thanks to @thebramblewood for making the perfect pose for this set !

Inspired by the original painting and a few reference pictures from the 1870s and 1880s (cf below) : a simple A line coat with a peter pan collar and an accessory overlay for accent details.

Very versatile in my opinion it could be used from the late 19th century to today easily.

I wanted a simple high waisted A line skirt for my toddlers. I also made a version with the petticoat sticking out at the bottom to match some of my reference pictures.

Pretty simple and timeless.

These skirts have very big clipping issues and, as far as I know, are not fully compatible with any toddler tops aside from the coat from this set (hopefully I'll make more compatible toddler tops in the future)

Disclaimer :

The clipping is less severe than for the toddler versions but these are still not compatible with most children tops, this game is not really made to allow high waisted kid's bottom clothing so I did my best.

This type of underwear appears at the beginning of the 19th century, worn by women and children (including unbreeched boys) under their dresses. They seem to fall out of fashion at the end of the 19th century (I'm struggling to find picture references of children with visible pantalettes past the 1870s).

I've only made a toddler version since linzlu has already made some for the children.
