In my interpretation, admins = gods, and he holds great distrust against admins

He despises Shedletsky/Telamon the most out of the admins as his kingdom used to be Telamon’s territory

Speaking of kingdom, his land is albeit more technologically advanced than the residences of the other survivors/killers. This land is known as Ravenrock, which used to be admin territory.
