wheelchair users deserve a minimum of three wheelchairs to meet different needs. like, bare minimum of indoor chair, outdoor chair, and off road chair. chairs that meet different needs for transport, activity, positioning needs, energy levels, etc.

there is not "one chair" that can meet every need. wheelchair users deserve to have multiple chairs that meet specific needs, no matter how complex their seating/positioning needs. we deserve to at least have a backup if our chair breaks that is just as suited to our needs.

An obnoxious Leftie take I have is that we need to make it common knowledge that the medical term for a miscarriage is a “spontaneous abortion” it makes it much more difficult to say something should be illegal when it is understood medically as something the body can just do sometimes.

Going through the Eureka! rulebook before playing tonight and I have to say that @anim-ttrpgs did an awesome job of writing this thing.

I've had about 6 questions in my head that have been answered in the text, right there on the page next to the relevant ruling. The fact that everything is explained - what it's aiming for, hell, when certain skill checks are called for; even though it's still in Beta this is one of the best rulebooks I've ever read

Also, interesting note on Lucy’s condition. Stoker is actually subverting what was a common trope in that time period. 

It was a common for characters in novels to fall ill, often from tuberculosis, which had similar symptoms as what Lucy is experiencing- paleness, loss of energy, difficulty breathing. A victorian reader would quickly recognise these symptoms, and the trope they are suggesting. 

But in this case, nope, it’s not that rascally consumption this time, Lucy’s got a case of the vampires, lads.

"A vibrant entertainment convention bursts with life and money, but of all the possible places to stay for the night, the Belle Nuit Estate is chosen only by the most cheap or curious or clueless, a hotel with only one claim to fame - that six years ago within its walls, one person murdered and dissected another, uploaded the butchery online, and was never caught. Even now, the hotel barely breathes through the visits of, once more, the cheap or curious or clueless. When a freak storm floods the streets, such people might regret choosing this hotel as shelter, but only more so when a new body shows up overnight - dissected like its most infamous guest. The investigators are stranded with strangers, any of whom could be a murderer poised to strike again, and behind any door could be the next clue, body, or killing strike, all in a deathtrap hotel sealed off from the world through a hellish storm that assaults the aging walls. May they enjoy their stay."
