Open Card Week Has Begun

What does this mean?

Open card week is a chance to get a new card, if you want one. There is no obligation to get a new card if you want to continue working with your current one. You can make as many fills and bingos off of one card as you want.

How do I get a new card?

In order to be eligible for a new card, you must have completed and declared at least 1 bingo on your current card. If you have not completed and declared at least 1 bingo on your current card you cannot get a new card.

How to declare a bingo: make a post following the posting template with links to and information about all of the fills that are part of the bingo, then make sure you @ this blog so that I see and reblog it. If I haven’t seen and reblogged your bingo post, then you have not declared bingo. If you’ve made such a post and I haven’t reblogged it, send me an ask or email with the URL to the post, the @ may not have worked.

So I have declared a bingo, now what?

Anyone who has declared at least 1 bingo on their current card will receive an email containing a link to a form which you can fill out for a new card. 

If you haven’t declared bingo yet but want to for this month, you have until it is no longer June 29th anywhere in the world. This is the latest possible that you can declare a bingo and get a new card this month because I need time to send you the email and receive your response before July 1st when I post the new cards.

There is no pressure and you decide your own goals. If you can’t make a bingo this month, the last week of every month for the duration of the event will be an Open Card Week. If you want to stick with your current card this month - or all the way through the event - that is perfectly fine. This is just an option if you want it.

Note: If you are an amnesty sign up, you are only eligible for themed cards for the duration of the event. If you are a primary sign up, you can always choose between a personalized card or themed card.

If you aren’t part of the bingo yet but want to be you still have until the end of July to join as an Amnesty Sign Up here. Sign up before June 30th and you will get your first card on July 1st. You can see the full Rules, FAQs and Schedule at these links.
