Illustration for my evil!Elizabeth AU. In this story (as well as in the main AU), she doesn't die but becomes a police officer. However, unlike in the main timeline, Beth finds out about Vanessa's work (she's still a neurosurgeon, who found William shortly after his "death") and becomes her partner. Also, she was the one who offered Vanessa to start experimenting on random people.

.....and there is a second version of the drawing, only with Vanessa. A little bit closer to being canon xd
