I had a very successful career as a software engineer. Now, I am dedicating my life to studying, practicing, observing and teaching meditation practices in an effort to reduce suffering in myself, my family and friends, and all sentient beings. I teach Mindfulness in Healing at the Pine Street Clinic in San Anselmo on Wednesday nights. My Meditation Practices. I practice with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and was ordained in the Order of Interbeing in 2008.

Think of it as being in love, where thoughts of your beloved occupy your mind incessantly. Dear Friends: “When we look at the ocean, we see that each wave has a beginning and an end. Dear Friends: Because the spiritual path of Tibetan Buddhism has permeated my life since I was 19 years old, the Buddhist view of the illusory quality of everything we consider real has greatly influenced my artwork.
