tuesday - 12 - 3 - 30 & slim legs workout
wednesday - 12 - 3 - 30 & slim arms workout
thursday - 12 - 3 - 30 & booty workout
friday - rest
saturday - 12 - 3 - 30 & full body workout or pilates

iโm gonna share my rules/plan THIS IS ONLY FOR ME i do not encourage doing this but i need to keep myself accountable so lmao
0-500 cals from monday - thursday
friday and saturday are metabolism days so i get to eat whatever i want but more on the healthy side
sunday 0-300 cals
to keep loosing it
- 16/8
- lots of protein
- 30-60min of walking every day
- at home workouts x4 a week
- sauna
- lots of water
- diet coke and coffee are a must!!!
- actually sleeping
