Permafrost Perfection❄️🏔️

I started this on the 31st of May 2023. I didn't exactly finish this, but whatever was finished got transformed into an 8-bit version for a Mega Man fangame (Mega Man Y+1: Operation X.M.A.S., released Dec. 2023), and that version got completed.

I had decided to finish this edition of the song as well and in a way that honours and complements the chiptune version that got finalised first. I'll be completely honest and say that this surpassed my expectations on how it'll sound when put together.

Here's something I made during the initial hype period for Sonic Superstars - someone posted a while ago some visuals from Speed Jungle and I wanted to create a piece of music that'd fit it - went for a Tee Lopes-style thing! I think I did well! What do you think?

I held a poll over on some of my socials about what the big 2024 project will be - the results are in, it's going to be a full-on 90s CD-style arrange of the Journey to Silius NES soundtrack! I wrote this theme for one of my friends' OC, Candrin! I wanted this song to feel like it came right out of a Capcom CPS2 arcade machine - I think I did well! Huge thanks to That_Artisan for commissioning this! I don't think they're here, but they're wonderful all the same.

I created an avatar for @darkonius64's OC! It's a 48x48 animated sprite, colours are loosely based on AAP-64, with tweaked colours for cohesion as well as in-between shades.

Pixel art is one of these things I oughta do more, but don't get to. Hopefully that'll change one day!
