Going to play 30 mins of stardew valley before I go to work:) clear my head. Something my brain to work on and be relaxing at the same time before I go to work. Thank you to the most high. Thank you my mother for showing me about bravery. Thank you my wife for being my best friend and showing me about love. Thanks to my daughter for keeping me honest and changing my POV to something brighter.

Friday open mat.. their was decent amount of people to roll with. Different levels so I was able to challenge myself when I needed too or find someone I can work my moves with my mess ups being more forgiving. 

Escaping Triangle: I personally have a hard time escaping the triangle. Its a submission I get caught in alot actually. If the person dosnt get the choke I get subed by a armbar. Its a hard and scary spot to be in; a big reason why I should put more attention into learning how to escape this position.

Perspectives; interacting with people who have intentions to grow.. and im not talking about Jui jitsu. One guy I was rolling with; we got to talk about what moves we are making outside the gym. He was telling me he was finishing up his trainning working for the goverment and what he was thinking on how he wanted to do things. I got the oppurtunity to listen and open up to someone elses thinking and lenses to the world. We got to collaborate and talk and it felt like we both got something out of it. One thing I do enjoy about martial arts.. and I been saying this.. it attracts people who love to think big. 

Its just one of many places where you run into interesting people. I can say the same thing about a library; running into people who are their to work, or explore someone elses imagination and diving into a story or get educated.

Perspectives: first of all since day one:

Don’t over analyze me I’m not tryna convince anyone of anything. It will be cool if people listen. Don’t consume. Just because the fact I am a random… I havnt really put out crazy results. Just things I see and feel?

If you find yourself judging then maybe Thast something you need to work on? OR maybe I gotta chill and look at things differently?

Their are bigger things happening that goes inside my head and my life. This shit is wayyyyy to big and I’m grateful I’m a part of it. We are all ( perspective —> look at it like that with me?)
