He's a part of the ex-pop. Sort of like those guys that jump out of barrels and terrify you.

The experiments with him were aimed into making him a fighting machine by making sure his body was constantly producing adrenaline

Brutus wasn't originally a fallout oc, he was just kinda a guy in my world. BUT in my lore he was kinda like.. a gladiator fighter and in my new vegas obsessed brain, I sorta based his fighting outfit off the legion... given his lore and such he'd fit perfectly into a fallout nv au and I HAVE actually thought about it alot..

Everyone say hi to Ken. He's a reagent from Trials and loves making his own prosthetics to hide the damage from experimentation. He also messed up his rig and it sometimes shocks him but it's fine he's fine.
