Work Immersion

-Two words I hear every discussion however along the way through the hints and clues during lesson and discussion makes me realize that it is temporary working in any workplace that it is in line with any course or strand chosen which will train and ready us before working into the real world

-However during the work immersion by being confident to work on the tasks knowing the supervised teacher itself assigned the work gave me the courage that it is not just any work but an assigned work and a satisfaction that it is indeed a work immersion

-Before work immersion, even as a student I didn't know how does a lesson plan look like, however during work immersion I learned how does a lesson plan look and supposed to be done which is very intriguing knowing it has many components

- Being able to gain insights and learnings from the experience, in the future by putting it to good use through application and implementing it and by being a role model through sharing and encouraging them by my experience could be a great path to start with, when able to work in a workplace in the near future

-During work immersion I did encounter challenges some are:

✓How to start a discussion/How to deliver the lesson/topic

-though I struggled with it, being a student and through observations, teachers introduce or start a discussion/lesson through games, puzzles,pictures...gave me insight and were applied

✓How to be on time to finish a lesson for the allotted time in a certain subject

-though sometimes the discussion is finished before or after the allotted time, the pupils take time on copying and doing the given activities so by letting them copy simpler sentence or phrases and multiple choices for an activity gave them enough time to finish all the activities

✓How to keep up with special students

-Having to know that students who have difficulty in compherencing with the discussion is a little bit heartbreaking however through observations on how they would cope up with the discussion, how to get their attention gave me insights so by giving them simple but inline with the activity and easily understandable was implied

-For me, if it is to be done again I would not change anything cause everything was worth it and even if to be done again it will not feel the same way when things are gonna change, the feelings, the mood,the time

-From what I have learned, in the future, acting by being professional in the workplace is a might, having to be in formal clothes for identification, applying the dos and don'ts or etiquette while in the work and even safety precaution as to that anytime disasters strike so by being ready and loving the work will be applied

Having to be a part of such opportunities is a chance to learn and enhance knowledge, being able to experience such mixed feelings and emotions throughout the whole duration of work immersion is a a memory I would never forget.

Learn to accept challenges and problems cause they come with great opportunities for success, which are put to good use,someday.
