I currently reside in Kuwait, but my heart and thoughts are constantly with my family, who remain in Gaza amidst the ongoing war and devastation. My wife, Muna, and our 2-year-old son, Hashem, live under the constant threat of violence and uncertainty. Every day, I worry about their safety and well-being, and my greatest wish is to bring them to Kuwait, where they can find peace, security, and a fresh start.

After graduating, I started a small cleaning products business in Gaza with my brother, Aboud. We built a modest lab from scratch, and over time, it became a stable source of income for our family. We dreamed of expanding and creating more opportunities, but our hopes were shattered when relentless airstrikes destroyed everything we had built, reducing our lab and future to rubble.

The war didn’t just take away our business; it also separated me from my family. It has been over a year since I’ve seen my wife and child in person. Unable to travel back to Gaza, I feel helpless being so far away from them during these difficult times. Despite all my efforts, it has been equally challenging to bring them to Kuwait, where I could offer them the safety and stability they so desperately need.
