Browsing my Veilguard videos just to feel something lol. Visually, I love Veilguard. The epic cinematic cutscenes are really well done (bless that 10-minute epic battle), so are the moments leading to a romance first kiss. Binding Solas to the Veil is my canon ending, despite the Trick ending is more satisfying. It would be better if my inquisitor could be there to punch him instead of Rook.

Useless Veilguard fact of the day: Day 186

The game files feature a model of a "dragon claw" that looks similar to the dragon tooth the Inquisitor gives to the Iron Bull as a part of his romance.

That model is referenced in the files for the Lighthouse, the Minrathous Hightown (that we fight through during the final battle), and the cut level for the Well of Sorrows.

Tbh the reason I don't mention Veilguard much is because it left me so disappointed, I didn't bother to draw my own Rook and Davrin. However I love the moments that lead to their first kiss and I don't see my Rook romancing anyone else but Davrin. I have work irl so I won't be able to draw as frequent as I used to, not today specifically, but I will draw Davrin, you have my words.

The Wardrobe of Inquisitor Hoang Trevelyan

This is such a fun (and time consuming) project to do.

Mage uniform and Herald starter fit. The Inquisition is still new with nothing but a symbol. They are still working with what they have, hence having no uniform.

The Inquisition grows with green as its new color. Hoang started to wear House Trevelyan color (gold) accessorized with decorative tassels and trinket chain (for his pens and lip balm). These are items he remembers his mom wears. One glove to cover the Mark so people won't touch it.

Just the right amount of fancy for Orlais (and for Hoang's taste) but not for climbing walls. Trespasser fit is more military-ish, adding the crown now that he's embraced the Inquisitor role.

Opted for lighter, less fancy clothes for traveling with Bull's Chargers and gather info on Solas. Bull introduced him to the comfort of baggy pants. The prosthetic arm is fade-powered for mobility. It also acts as a spirit blade hilt. Materials provided by House Trevelyan.

The human race in Dragon Age is not boring, people with human MC aren't uncreative. They have history and culture, they have tribes and different ethnicities, they can be just as diverse and interesting. None of the races in DA is plain. They all have room to work with, you're just lack of creativity.
