Only if I get to sing with you! I love everything having to do with Christmas! My whole room is covered in little twinkle lights right now. Which I have no remorse about.

“I suppose you’re right. Chandler would be heartbroken if I ended up getting sick from all this stress. Do you help your fiancee? Plan the wedding I mean.”

“Step away from the planning,” he said taking the wedding book and looking at her and handing over the coffee. This was a reaction eh was waiting on Dakota to have shortly.

Taking the coffee from his hands, Mina looked up at him from her seat at her table. “Thank you, but I really do have to finish that. I still need to call venues, I have to schedule a cake testing, go and try on dresses as well as figuring out a menu. I just don’t have the time to take a break from that book.”

I knew planning a wedding wasn’t going to be the easiest thing in the world to do, but if I have to choose between one more flower arrangement or seating chart, I very well may snap.

Well of course I’m cool with it. She is family after all. I would hate to see anything happen to her. If I can do anything to help in making her more comfortable, just let me know. I would just ignore him. You know what you’re doing and he should have more faith in you.

The company, my niece…she’s staying here by the way.

I know she is. I had a conversation with her not to long ago. Is everything going alright with the company? Or was he just going on about how you’re not doing what he wants?

“I know thats why I try to keep to myself and keep a low profile as possible I have a few friends but no one I wanna get close to because in France I was a trouble child but i try to be better here, and Chandler  is suppose to be taking care of me but sometimes I feel like It’s too much for him.. I mean he didn’t sign up for taking custody over a 11 year old girl at the time.. Just a feeling haven’t seen anyone I don’t think… 

“Granted he may not of signed up for this, but he would make the same choice time and time again. He loves you, Noel. He will always want to protect you, and he will always want to be here for you. If you’d like you’re more than welcome to come stay with me every now and then. At least at my place, it would be extremely hard for anyone to watch you.”

“Yeah I know.. but my mom thought Chand would be safest bet she can’t leave and she couldn’t just throw me out to some random family.. couldn’t stay in France and we have no connections in the US.. Yeah so just… just be careful yeah? don’t make yourself known as much and always look out where you’re at.. Recently I’ve just felt like people are watching me again 

“I suppose I can see her reasoning. It’s a good thing Chandler just happened to be here already. So you could have someplace to go. I have no intentions of putting myself out there. I don’t want to give Chandler anymore reason to have something to worry about. He has enough on his plate to worry about...to keep himself safe. Have you seen anyone watching you or following you? Or is it just a feeling?”

“I don’t mean any disrespect towards you or your family, but that was the stupidest choice they could of made. I don’t see how you living with someone who is even deeper into this situation will keep you safe. Personally I think they should of sent you to someone who had no idea of this world...but maybe that would just mean more danger..Oh I know. I’m about to be married to the son of the mob boss. Our family will be the number one target if anything were to happen.”

“He could be out doing something for his father. Oh I’m great! I just have a lot on my plate right now. I feel like I should be the one asking if you’re alright though. Is there anything I might be able to help you with?”

“Last I hear, he was at his place. I actually haven’t talked to him in a couple days. I’ve had...things going on.”

“Wait … You didn’t see the person back there ? Can you just walk with me for a second ?”
