Capt. Mahina Morcant (Selkie H-93) is the leader of the monstrous organization known as the Cutthroats. Her empathic control of those who hear her siren’s song can be effective through recordings and live audio connections. She is extremely hostile towards any and all forces that oppose her, but should not ever be considered an ally in any conflict. She is capable of massive damage to human life and infrastructure, and due to her siren augmentation will hunt and kill humans until and unless she is eliminated. NOTABLE ATTRIBUTES: Always has seal pelt. If she loses it, she is effectively neutralized. Sharp doglike teeth.  THREAT: Extreme. Capable of mass psychic effect, skilled at hand to hand combat. Wear ear plugs if brought into contact with Morgan. Eliminate at any cost.
