Keefe gets back to the Lost Cities, excited to tell everyone that he’s discovered gay. However, as he starts explaining his proposal to the council Bronte begins crying. We find out they sent all gay elves to the moon after Bronte and Fintan’s atomic breakup, though they couldn’t send Bronte because he was too important. They try to bring back the gay elves after all these years, but they refuse to come back. They’ve made the moon a utopia. A gay utopia. They’ve colonized the moon and made it gay.

If y’all interpret that as platonic I do not fuck with you. Annabeth told him he was a brother but that she didn’t love him, quite literally meaning he asked it in a romantic sense.
