Whoa I had to dig through my photos but anyway I made my parents' dog a sweater a couple years ago and I swear the pattern and yarn you're using is so similar. Like now that I've got them side by side there's tons of differences but many similarities still!

Dog did not appreciate the wool/silk blend yarn or my knitting.

A little decorative scarf using some handspun. I’m up to splitting for the keyhole section. This is either destined for the 2026 Royal or will be entered into next years local competition - totally depends on how another keyhole scarf I’m planning next turns out.

🧶 Cow hitch increase

Unlike all other single-stitch increases I know, this one is perfectly symmetrical. I’ve been seeing it a lot in my feed lately, so I thought I’d share it. Haven’t tried it yet in a project though.

It mimics the structure of a cow hitch knot - hence the name.

last year I turned a textile I weaved into a bag, using leather and the least complex model I could and then hand-sewing the whole frigging thing.

I think I'll do more of there when I'll finally have my own 8 shaft loom and I won't have to rely on the municipal school to use one.
