Of all the characters that are specifically marked, which one would be the most requested?

hi there anon! thank you so much for asking! currently, we are most in want of characters that are aged 27 or older and/or are attendees of the AMEND program! as for specific characters, we would love to see either of the remaining weasleys (arthur and bill), blaise zabini, and admin salazar would come after me if i didn’t at least mention our dear lee jordan. please give the weasley twin muns a lee jordan. we would be forever in your debt.

How often are acceptances held?

is there a deadline to have apps in by before they all get accepted together?

acceptances are held every saturday at 5 pm EST and applications must be submitted by saturday at 3 pm EST to be considered for that round of acceptances.

Is the list of open characters completely updated?

basically, with the exception of our most recently accepted. those would be percy weasley, angelina johnson, and hestia carrow.

Is there a character muns would be okay with mentioning as a possible murderer?

Hello! So we are a leetle confused with the question, if you mean are we okay with characters who have committed murder, then the answer is yes! We have several muses already in play who have committed murder through the war and even a little before the war! 

If you are asking for a possible connection you would like to have in a character or application, then I think we could work one out! If you wanted to work it out before applying, it would maybe be better to come off anon so we can discuss the details and make sure there is a character that would work. However, this is very much a thing you can also work out with muns post-acceptance! If people get accepted with these outstanding connections we totally encourage people to make these kinds of plots/semi-retcons within the group so we can build deeper connections and add spice!  If neither of those answer your question please please come back and clarify and we will try our best to help!

who’s an open weasley

we currently have bill and arthur as open characters and i know that our other weasleys, as well as the server as a whole, would love to see either of them!

Do relatives of canon characters count as OCs?

hi there! so, in short, yes, they do. however, if there is some reference to them in the series, they could exist as a semi-canon; we are willing to accept semi-canon characters as first characters on a case by case basis, depending both on the allusions of a relative and if the aforementioned relative is already in play.

but who exactly counts as a semi-canon? an example of a semi-canon character would be persephone zabini, who is blaise zabini’s mother. now, we don’t know anything about his mother, other than the whole serial widow thing, so i would essentially be creating my own original character, even though she was a “canon character.” so, as it stands, most parents of trio era characters would count as semi-canons and would likely be accepted as options for first characters. 

also, just, in general, we need more Actual Adults, y’all. please. 

so if someone was mentioned having a cousin or sibling or [ insert additional relative title here ], then said relative would probably work as a semi-canon and could be accepted as a first character application. however, if you’re creating a character out of thin air, say... harry’s cousin on james’ side that we’ve never heard of, then you would have to have applied for and been accepted as a canon character before you could bring said relative in.

Is Charlie Weasley an available character? I didnt see him in open characters, but not in taken either

charlie weasley is currently taken by our beloved sam — i’m super sorry for the inconvenience! he’s actually listed underneath the faculty & staff section on our taken page; i totally understand how this could be confusing, though. we hope there’s another character you’d be interested in applying for! don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any more questions.
