On this day in 1946, the French fashion designer Louis Renard for the first time presented a separate swimsuit to the public, which led to a huge scandal and a ban on appearing in bikinis in most resorts of the world, which was in effect until the mid-1950s.

Hi.  Thank you so much, and I'm sorry you're also going through this. 2015-2018ish time in kyllux/sw was one of the absolute best times, and I really would give anything to have it back. Or at the very least, fully appreciated what I had there, too. I would like to have fully lived it and appreciated it, it wouldnt feel that..incomplete? There are still amazing people I see, creating so much and being excited every day! on twitter I see genius hc threads, art, fics. And its much more peaceful now. They keep us going, and without them I wouldnt have a tread to hold on. But I am so hung on the past and can't get over anything. I maybe still have a faint hope to at least try doing something, but its way too late to do what i wanted exactly and its really discouraging. I cant dig back into content from that time without getting really sad. I constantly wish to wake up few years back and have a redo, and its very depressing. The more years pass, and more people leave etc, the sadder it gets. But well, I dont want to leave, I love our villains too much, and really don’t want to just dissapear without a mark, so I keep trying. There is so, so much to be appreciated and to do and say in the fandom, so much beauty still

Yay I got some bloods questions…ahem!! I’m calm ;)

- Ah thank you. It was a fun little idea to play with. You can thank @gefionne for coming to ask me about it and creating such a wonderful story from the wee ideas I threw at her. I’m in awe of her for bringing so much of what I was thinking to life and adding on that with her own creativity ♥ There’s going to be more art. I’ve finished one and I have a few more that I’m bursting to do after Gef shared whats to come with me, and indulged me in one of my fave kinks *cough cough* It’s a bit slow going because of my computer issues. I’m having to do a lot in grey which sucks, but it uses less memory and if I want to be detailed I have to stick with that for a while. Thanks for the kind words. Everyone has been really kind to me and I want to be here to. I hope I can beat my depression.

- Thank you ♥ Oh I’m having to think hard to remember now. I’ve always been fond of canon divergence stories and had come up with a Ben Solo who wasn’t under Snoke and was free with his family. So I wondered what would Hux’s life be like if a small thing changed for him. So it started from wondering what would happen if Brendol had a legitimate son? What would he do with the ‘spare’?(Armitage). It seemed people knew he had a bastard son, and with Rae Sloane’s interest in Armitage it makes things difficult to off him. I figured Brendol being an utter dick would pretend he was doing what is best for the lad with placing him in the Stromtrooper program, to give him a meaning and discipline. A pretence that he cared enough to give him a place in the Order. A place he doesn’t have anything to do with Armitage, and a place that can take his name and background away from him. But, also where he’s totally in control of Armitage’s destiny and in control of the people who can easily off him if he feels he’s in danger of being ousted by his bastard son. Well he’s in control of the other troopers. A accident in the field is quite easy to bring about. So it all really kicked off there.

Summary:

Kylo and Hux crash land on an uncharted planet. With the ship’s communications damaged, they need to figure out a way to get to higher ground to try and send out an SOS to the First Order to be saved. Having only each other as company, they must learn to get along, or suffer the consequences. During their journey, they unconsciously become closer, and something blossoms between them. Prepare for danger, bickering, interacting with local wildlife, and survival! And perhaps even more…

 This is the art I drew for the @kyluxbigbang alongside the lovely @absolutecreed. I had so much fun working with her. We did it Hun ♥ I do hope people check it out as it’s a fun fic.

I thought because I have a lot of talking on my blog and not much art I’d share some old and new WIPs. I’m sharing as I’m unsure if they’ll ever get finished. Some I would like to, but I’m working on other ones right now, so we’ll see if time and my terrible computer will let me paint these. But felt I’d taken the time to at least pencil them so I’d share them up.

There are some more I’ve drawn, but I’m working on them right now, so I’m keeping them a secret ;)

After reading the novel and Leia remembering how Baby Ben wanted to be so much like his dad I had to finish an old sketch. It was to match this one I did of Han and wee Ben from years back.

Kylo hooked his thumbs into his pockets. “Maybe you could show me a thing or two sometime.”

“I’d be glad to.” He reached out and trailed his fingers up Kylo’s holster to the grip of the blaster, making Kylo’s pulse jump at the proximity. “You’ll need something better than this.”

“I like this one,” Kylo said, wholly focused on Hux’s face: the sultry curve of his mouth and matching flash in his eyes.

Hux moved infinitesimally closer, his hand still on the holster. “Keep it for posterity, but you should carry a weapon that suits your hand and your style. I’ll choose it for you. I know a good fit when I see one.”

Kylo’s throat worked as he swallowed. “You don’t know my style,” he said, quieter than he had intended.

“Not yet,” said Hux. “I’ll have to watch you shoot. Do you get nervous when someone watches you?”

I have a soft spot for the fic Sweet Home Arkanis by @gefionne and @minzimpression So had to draw them Ben and his doggie friend Pal. It’s a wonderful fic that will make you want to knock sense into them, while having your heart put through the wringer. Hope this little pic does it justice guys ♥

I also have a wee bit of music to go with it that I thought of all through the story. Because I’m not suffering these ear worms alone lol
