I wanted to make a Doctor Who oc cause of Lux Imperator/ Mr. Ring A Ding and I came up some ideas Im keeping the toon and the fish esque one and sadly the 1950s one is not to be v-v (also the last ref's threat was only really for my friends ^^;;) More details under the Keep Reading!

Toon is based on a ghost cicada (reccomended by my friend @kymera-warren). I dont have a name yet but since I am keeping them I will gladly take ideas from anyone to spark something in the name generator of my brain. ^^ Although i am not keeping the 1950s version I will say it was fun doing research on what I would wear and try and do as a nonbinary person. which tbh being nb in the 50s is kinda scary for me now I think about ^^;;; Which brings me to my lovely fish. I designed it trying to think of the behind stage doctor who things. Kinda. They are the DW oc im keeping inuniverse and made a small group with friends. Made up a whole time traveling plan and everything for fun. ^^ I also have species details about the fish (whose name I will figure out on my own though I am half tempted just to call my self insert Fesh). Their species has Black blood Claws on all limbs Typical will resemble more harmless fish species (like goldfish) but are more like piranhas Cold blooded Can only walk on land with a water system around their gills Webbed fingers and toes under water Two sets of eyelids Sharp teeth Has a swim bladder that not only works underwater but also in low gravity Has a lateral line on their side, that helps detect pressure changes around them (mainly for underwater use but can also help detect people around them)

Was rewatching Soul Eater and really wanted to revamp my old oc Then I also watched Fire Force and thats been great so far! All in all here is Kira's new and better design and also the weapon form design is new for her. Never designed it when I first made her XP
