Throwback to my tropical getaway (a.k.a. the butterfly conservatory) last week with @usk_wr @cambridgebutterflyconservatory . Also a first chance to test out my travel sketch kit setup. Final results: not the best. The folder was too flimsy and awkward so it was hard to balance everything while standing. I sometimes had to place my paper or pens on a nearby rock so I could rearrange my supplies. Next time: 1. Ditch the folder and try a hardcover sketchbook. 2.
