I like that Stanford, actually enjoys his time in Backupsmore… unlike in the main canon.

Ford, always gave me the impression that he felt the same way like Backupsmore, the same way Star, felt about St.Olgas, so, I’m glad he enjoying his afterlife, at that school.

And honestly West Coast Tech gave me the impression that they’re an Elitist, Classist, Snobby school. So glad he’s happy going to Backupsmore.

The Ford of this AU loves the hell out of Backupsmore, and will get into a fist fight with whoever tries to trash talk it. And it can be funny to witness because he’s defending a college campus that’s got the budget of a shoe-string and is located in one of the shadiest parts of Baltimore. Backupsmore doesn’t look very appealing from the outside, but that’s where it holds its beauty. It’s a good university for good people,

It isn’t so much about Backupsmore though, as it is the sheer excitement and relief over the fact that he and Stanley are actually going to college. He’d feel that kind of pride no matter where he ended up. Backupsmore gets a special kind of appreciation from him due to it being affordable and rather accommodating of Stanley’s (and his by proxy’s) needs. But overall he’s just a guy who considers himself really lucky to be going to college. And to be out of a cult

West Coast Tech is a bit of an anomaly to me. Like, who the hell takes a glance at a kids science project then bales when it won’t turn on without taking even a second to look at his research; school science fairs are all about kids learning how to get through the process of conducting an experiment; the results are so much less important than the research and YET… I do got beef with those recruiters. They were not doing their job correctly. Makes you wonder if West Coast Tech actually had quality or if they just had a flaunty budget and good numbers.

Rant aside tho.

I think this is probably like, the only AU where Ford gets majorly excited about being at Backupsmore to the point that he’s wearing their merch constantly

What are everyone's ages (roughly) in your Twinwalkers au? Also what's up with Mabel's curse? Did it happen the same way it does in canon, or is it different? I love this au so much!!!!

Most of the kids are 14/15, with the exception of Soos, who’s 12. The adults are mostly in their late 40s/early 50s.

Mabel’s curse is similar to owl house cannon with a few key differences that I’m keeping a seal on for now

About the GF/TOH au, what is Bill??? Like, he does both the Amity and emperor roles?? Is this some kind of secret plot twist where it finally turns out he's the big bad? Or do you have some way to make it wholesome? I did notice it was tagged with billford... Are they related or something? I feel like that would be a big plot point if they were! (Also, Ford and Stan not being twins is Wild and bold, but I think I like it???)

Billy technically isn’t Bill per se; based on the collected fanon idea of who Bill was as a kid, rather than guy we’ve got in cannon. There is a more cannon accurate Bill that will show up later in the story, but he’s mostly unrelated.

Bringing this AU back to the front light for pride month. Cause it’s super fun and I’ve got a bunch of ideas.
