Could be possible that Chara is somehow similar to a denizen of homestuck?

I mean, like, we have seen denizens are capable of afecting other timelines. (Talking about how John have to die in another timeline, for the former John to join the team without complications).

Maybe thats what could have happened in deltarune; we(as frisk) make a deal with chara to erase the world we destroyed and bring it back, and the condition of deal was what happened in the final chapter of Deltarune.
