Loved By All, It Just Takes Time

Happy Pride to the wonderful boy failure, Sakura Haruka!!!

This post represents what I headcanon his sexuality to be; Polyamorous, Demisexual, Demiromantic!!

To me, I feel like it makes sense for Sakura to be demi. There's a certain kind of closeness and trust he needs to put in another person to feel safe enough to feel that love wholly and truly, and in correspondence to what we know of his past, people haven't treated him kindly. It only makes sense he would be so weary.

I think it would be nice for Sakura that alongside learning to lean on his friends and connect with them, that same connection is something he treasures long before anything romantic would even cross his mind. He doesn't want to be hurt again, he's finally learning that not everyone is against him, so I think it's fitting that it would take some time for him to learn how to love someone like that.

And the polyamory headcanon?

Man I just want this boy to love and be loved by multiple people. He has two hands!!! He can kiss more than one person (if he doesn't explode before then, that is)!!!
