There was once a young Muay Thai fighter named Teep Na (They gave him this nickname because of his prowess at using a Teep to the face) who was known throughout Thailand for his powerful teep, or front kick. Teep Na was a small, scrappy fighter with a fierce determination that more than made up for his size.
As a young boy, Teep Na had always been fascinated by martial arts and had devoted himself to learning as much as he could about Muay Thai. He practiced tirelessly, day and night, until he became one of the best fighters in his village.
As he grew older and more skilled, Teep Na began competing in tournaments, and it wasn't long before he was making a name for himself as one of the top fighters in the country. His teep was legendary, and many opponents were left wondering how they had been knocked out by such a small man.
Teep Na's fame and success brought him wealth and respect, but he never let it go to his head. He was always humble and gracious, and he used his fame to give back to his community, using his skills to teach self-defense to the women and children of his village.
And so, the legend of Teep Na lived on, inspiring generations of Muay Thai fighters to follow in his footsteps and strive for greatness.

Emily Connor was a young woman living in Los Angeles in the year 2029. She had always been interested in martial arts and had trained in several different styles, but it wasn't until she discovered Muay Thai that she found her true calling.
Emily was drawn to the fluidity and power of Muay Thai and threw herself into her training. She practiced tirelessly, day and night, until she became one of the best fighters in the city. She even started competing in local tournaments, where she quickly gained a reputation as the "Muay Thaiminator."
One day, Emily received a mysterious message from the future. A group of rebels fighting against the ruling machines had sent her a message, telling her that she was destined to become the leader of the resistance and lead humanity to victory in the coming war.
Emily was skeptical at first, but as she learned more about the future and the role she was meant to play in it, she knew that she had to do everything in her power to prepare for the fight ahead.
With her fierce determination and her mastery of Muay Thai, Emily began training a team of rebels, teaching them everything she knew about the martial art. Together, they became a formidable force, ready to take on the machines and fight for the future of humanity.
As the war raged on, Emily led her team into battle, using her Muay Thai skills to take down machine after machine. And in the end, it was her bravery and determination that helped lead the resistance to victory and save the world from destruction. The end

A champion, weight loss, fitness, self defense, all of this because of HIIT based Muay Thai??
Who would have guessed that HIIT workouts would do so well?
Luckily I've been doing HIIT programs for years and I saw the connection; after all, no one fights for a whole round, in fact, most of the time, people only fight for 15 to 45 seconds... otherwise you're looking at a knockout!
So it dawned on me to start playing with different ways to use this theory, and it created what is now known as Muay Thaibata™!
Muay Thaibata takes the idea of HIIT based Muay Thai to the next level, for everything. Combat becomes more real, defense becomes more real, endurance becomes more real, in fact it provides such a true life experience that my fighters and students have taken to it like Tyson took to boxing!
Here is the coolest part:
Because we are fully certified teachers with the World Thaiboxing Association, the largest accreditation for Muay Thai in the world, you can begin learning true Muay Thai faster and with better endurance then what you can normally achieve in other schools and locations.
Slip on your Prajiet, grab some Thai shorts, and let's get rocking!!
