I love that Nano so obviously ships Dylan and Jun and is just having the most amusing time teasing Dylan about the whole thing. This man is out there running a secret fanblog about their enemies to lovers relationship, has 50k AU fics about them and posts blurry photos of them 'proving' they're making heart eyes at each other on stage.

Honestly, a thing I adore with Your Sky is how the platonic relationship are always present! Usually, with this type of show, the friendship become more background to the romantic one. And while the series is focus on FahRak bc it's a romance show, the platonic love is still very much present and important.

And the best example of this is Teerak's imagining his first meeting with the Phisut parents. Not only it shows Teerak is an overthinker yet again, but most importantly it highlight his friendship with Punlee.

Even in his most stressfull moment, when he is thinking about the worst, he still can't think of Lee being against him. He has a fear that Fah can turn against him if his parents aren't approving (which is practically impossible, this man is WHIPPED and the only person that can compete with his whippeness is his own brother), but Lee? He is still on his side. For Rak's brain, it's just downright impossible for Punlee to not be in his side, THAT'S HIS BEST FRIEND!

And I love that, I love the fact it's not because Teerak is in love with Muenfah, that his friendship with Punlee is diminish. His love for Fah doesn't overshadow his friendship with Lee.

I will even argue his trust in Lee is stronger than in trust in Fah, but not bc he doesn't trust Fah or that Fah show him reason to distrust him. It's a time thing. The more you spend time with someone the more you are secure in the relationship (no matter the kind of relationship) and trust them. And it shows here, Teerak and Punlee are friends for over a year by that point, Muenfah and Teerak are only dating for a few weeks and close for what 2 months, 3 at most. Of course, he would trust his relationship with Lee more, they spend more time together. Doesn't mean that Fah cannot reach that, on contrary I know he would, but this take time. A time Lee already has.

And as someone point out, Fah might have realize that, which is why he asks Lee to be here, even when Lee himself wasn't that thrill lol.

Showing that Muenfah is ready to step down, when he can't bring Teerak the comfort he needs. He is ready to let someone else take care of Teerak if they are a better fit to comfort him.

And that, in my opinion, makes the love between Muenfah and Teerak stronger. Because they aren't the only one to be able to comfort the other, because they have friends and families who are supportive and sometime a better fit to comfort them. It makes their love stronger, as when they do it's a choice they made. And it's something they work on or let time do his thing. It's such a refreshing couple, who we see work on their love and themselves, which is why they fall in love with one another. And whose love doesn't diminish their platonic love they have with their friends and families. Their love is so selfless, because they only want each other happiness. And doesn't care who is the one to bring that happiness.

I’M BACKKKKK!! Updates on shows I’m watching :)

So a while ago I rated GMMTV 2024 part 2 series based on how much I would watch; I am ashamed to say, I said I wasn’t sure if I would watch Thamepo, and I would like to redact that message.

I AM ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED WITH THIS SHOW!!! I mean we’re only on episode 3, and I’m on my knees waiting for my the episodes every week. Since then (when I wrote the rankings for GMMTV 2024) I have gotten into LYKN, and I absolutely adore them. WilliamEst has so much chemistry, it’s insane. I want to really applaud LYKN for their acting, you cannot tell this is their first project; They’re all killing it. The progression of the storyline? The emotions? The OST? Phenomenal.

Another series that I’m absolutely enamored by, is Your Sky. I watched Domundi Friendship: The Reality (as well as season 2: It Takes Two) and I am proud to say I was rooting for Thomas and Kong since day 1!!! I also loved Keng and Namping (unrelated to this but I had to mention them and say I can’t wait for their series) and then loved TeeTee and Por (from season 2). Anyways, I’m basically trying to say that I was really excited to know so many of my favorites were in this series. I didn’t think I would be obsessed with this series at first, it seemed a little too chill if you know what I mean. HOWEVER, it is perfectly paced. I’m on the edge of my seat every week, waiting for it to be Sunday. AND DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN KONG AND THOMAS. They have me absolutely delusional… especially after the ep 6 behind the scenes (ikyk).

On the other hand, I said I was excited for Heart Killers, but surprisingly I haven’t watched it yet. Now I’m conflicted if I want to watch it because I heard mixed reviews about it so far. I might wait for it to be over, to decide if I’m going to watch it.

I love this take!! While yes, I am frustrated with how SLOW their relationship is developing, it is understandable. And for the people who are like "they kissed ___ amount of times, what the hell is taking Peem so long" just because someone is physically attracted to someone doesn't always mean they like them, maybe Peem is trying to make sure that it's not just physical attraction. I really hope this episode was the turning point because there's only 4 episodes left and I want them to have cute couple moments before [redacted spoiler I heard from people who read the novel] and they're in shambles again. ALSO, I would like to add that Peem is shown to be in constant confusion of his feelings, saying things like "Do I really like him" throughout the episodes, but in ep 12 his response to Phum saying he will fall for him is "Like I haven't fallen hard enough" so I think he is finally realizing that his feelings are true and deep. Oh AND-- sorry this is so unorganized, i'm writing as it comes to me-- we don't really know much about Peem's background, why he lives with his aunt etc. so that could also be the reason for his hesitation in accepting his feelings.

In defence of Peem’s indecision over Phum

It’s famously said (thanks to that Harvard University study) that you make up your mind about whether a person is trustworthy in the first 7 seconds of meeting them.

Peem’s first impression of Phum was terrible. The guy ruined his artwork, rudely shouted in his face, and refused to apologise for what he’d done.

This negative first impression is then cemented when Phum blackmails Peem with his medical expenses into becoming his slave, and then pranks him by leaving him in the mall.

It’s clear early on that Peem likes and is attracted to Phum, but it’s also clear that that terrible first impression is pretty entrenched in Peem’s head.

We’ve watched Phum apologise and try to make amends for some of his earlier actions, and we’ve watched Peem get to know and fall in love with him.

But Peem is still not 100% sure he can fully trust all these feelings.

Phum’s made a number of confessions and a public declaration about his feelings, but Peem still needs this reassurance…

And given that terrible first impression I think it’s totally realistic that Peem still needs this validation that he can totally trust Phum and the love between them.

I think this episode marks a shift, when Peem fully sees that he can trust Phum’s love.

Phum comes to him for comfort after the argument with his dad and he shares with Peem his childhood trauma for the first time. Crucially he also fully apologises for what he did wrong when they first met.

Peem’s finally in a place now where he can fully trust in the person he’s already in love with ♥️

I know the slow burn is driving some people crazy but I really like how their story is being told 😊

BRUTALLY HONEST GMMTV 2024 PART 2 RATINGS, BASED ON HOW EXCITED I AM FOR IT (only the ones I might watch):

Osan's Love -- 7/10, I know this is a remake, but truthfully I haven't watched the original. Therefore, this is solely based off of the trailer. I love EarthMix, but ngl I was hoping for a more advanced and mature theme for them, they absolutely DEVOURED in Moonlight Chicken. I'm also not a fan of love triangles so yeah, that also played a factor in my rating. The overall plot seems okay, it seems like a silly light show.

Leap Day -- 9/10, OKAY POND AND WIN, I am so excited to see Pond's acting in this, and I already know Win is going to kill it. The overall plot seems so interesting, I am intrigued. There's mystery, thriller, action vibes and I'm here for it. ALSO GUN??? His character seems so interesting, and I just know his acting is going to be A1!! It's reminding me of when he acted in The Gifted, which I absolutely loved. I don't know the girl actress, but her acting all seems excellent! Anyways, super excited to see how this one goes.

Heart Killers -- 9.2/10, FIRSTKHAO + MAFIA???? We all cheered, Jojo the director you are, always hearing what the fans want. They're giving me Yok and Ayan vibes, and I absolutely here for it. Joong and Dunk's series were usually not my favorite, but I'm so glad they FINALLY moved on from the college campus stories. 😭 The trailer is enticing, I feel like all four of them are going to eat up this concept, it is just so good.

Perfect 10 Liners -- 7.5/10, The cast is super good, I love all of the couples. The trailer kind of makes the plot look basic and boring ngl. Out of the three couples, surprisingly I find PerthChimon's characters to be the most interesting. I'm hoping that the show is more interesting than the trailer is making it. Just like EarthMix, I was hoping ForceBook showed a mature character, especially since we just got that in OF. Then again, this is giving me ABAB which is not awful. I was also looking forward to JuniorMark after Cherry Magic, so I hope they do amazing.

Hide & Sis -- 7.5/10, I can't really explain this one. I think the plot is interesting, it's giving me murder mystery which is drawing me in. However, I hope the show gives us more than the trailer because the trailer was kind of mediocre. I am super excited for my girly Lookjun to be in this, hopefully she kills it (ha ha, pun intended).

Thame Po -- 7/10, I don't know how I feel about this one. I think it's cool that they're using the members of LYKN, and I recognize one of the members for being another drama but the overall plot seems kind of basic? I don't know, I'm not sure if I will watch this one.

Break Up Service -- 5.5/10, this one just doesn't seem interesting to me, I'M SORRY. I wish Off was in another series that really showed off his talent (Preferably something like the masterpiece that Not Me is). This is giving me the same vibes as "Catch me Baby" with NetJames, and it just doesn't reel me in like the rest of the series.

Revamp -- 7.8/10, BOUNPREM AND SANTA JOINING GMMTV AND GETTING A SERIES RIGHT AWAY??? I am a sucker for vampires so this was already pulling me in, but I do hope that they don't go with a basic vampire story and add some extra elements. I feel like because vampire stories have been done before, it will take a lot to impress me, but I have high hopes. I also hope that BounPrem get to show their talent, because ngl Between Us was not doing it for me. Excited to see Mark in something a little more mature than Cherry Magic and Perfect 10 Liners.

Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist -- 7.5/10, Everyone expected MarkOhm to get a series, and I'm glad they both seem so happy. (I haven't watched Last Twilight so idk how their chemistry is, so I'm excited to see it). The plot of the show seems lighthearted and cute, but it also seemed a little basic? There was nothing that was making me want this series to come out quicker. Excited to see how the show goes though!

The Dark Dice -- 8/10, I'm so excited to see Gemini and Prim's acting!! The plot being centered around being trapped in a board game is so interesting!!! Pr*m (idk how to feel about him) looks like he is going to be a good villain, and the other girl seems like a good actress too. I'm excited to see how they pull off this genre!!

The EX-morning -- 6/10, everyone is freaking out about KristSingho (I don't really know about them, all I know is that they are returning after a long time) but the overall plot seemed boring imo. Idk maybe it will be more interesting after the first episode, I don't mind giving it a try. I do like second chance romances, so that element of the plot is interesting.

Scarlet Heart -- 10/10, I know that we got absolutely NOTHING in the trailer but the genre and cast? This cast with this genre is *chef's kiss*! TU THE WOMEN YOU ARE, She is finally back. Win, Nanon, Phuwin, Fourth, Force!!! I'm super excited to not only see a mini F4 reunion, but also to see how Fourth acts in this. I know this show a remake, but I haven't read the book, watched the chinese drama, or the Korean one; I'm going in completely blind (other than the fact that it's heartbreaking? I'm not going to focus on that, for my mental health LOL). I can't wait to see how this goes. I also think that the trailer showing us absolutely nothing, is a hightale sign that we're about to get a masterpiece.

And before you guys say "What about _______" blah blah, I was not interested in the others. I don't usually watch GLs and the other drama just didn't speak to me, and I don't think i'll watch it.

Also about the people who are sad that Gemini and Fourth have separate series, I think this is good for them! They can grow as actors and then come back together. I feel like romance/ couple dramas limit how much they can expand their experience tbh. Same goes with Pond and Phuwin, I'm glad they have their own dramas.

Another week, another Cherry Magic Thailand review!!!

Okay, let me preface by saying my expectations going into this week’s episode was lower than usual. Now you might be wondering why that is (no one probably is but let me pretend), I made the mistake of reading a thread before I started the episode and I saw someone say that the episode felt like it dragged.

So while I went in kind of iffy, it’s safe to say that this episode did not disappoint.

‼️ SPOILER ALERT: STOP READING IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED AND DONT WANT TO BE SPOILED FOR EP 7 ‼️

Karan is the standard, the greenest of green flags. I love him. I want someone to treat me like he does Achi. The fact he based his whole date around one throwaway comment Achi made about how watching the sunrise and sunset with him is special, I’M SO SOFT. The jacket? The personal coffee shop? The whole helicopter ride? Ugh perfection. I also love that once Achi told him he’s not comfortable with certain parts of the date, Karan instantly made it known that all he cares about is having the perfect date with him. AND HE WANTS TO TELL HIS FRIEND WHAT THEY ARE AND DONT WANT ACHI TO REGRET SAYING YES TO DATES.

I also have to say I really love Jinta, not only is he so adorable with Min (I will come back to this I promise) but also he’s such a good friend to Achi. When Achi told Jinta how he felt, he gave him the most real and sincere advice… be honest with Karan. And Achi did just that, he told Karan how he didn’t feel comfortable with Karan buying him the jacket, and that he’s afraid of heights. The conversation was such good demonstration of healthy communication fr.

Back to Min and Jinta, the whole cafe scene??? I’m literally squealing. I love how Jinta realized that he doesn’t have to read Min's mind to learn what he likes and instead can just ask him. And then immediately applying what he learned AND helping his friend with the same advice? Yessir I love Jinta!! Also jinta is cute with and without glasses… 😩

OH AND KARAN AND ACHI ARE BOYFRIENDS NOW??? HELLO IM SCREAMING. I am Pai, Pai is me. She’s so real for loving them. Anyways I’m super satisfied with this episode and I’m so excited for next week’s.

About next week’s episode, I’m nervous. I can’t believe there’s a no dating rule at the office BOOOOOO. Looks like Pai and Dujdao are eavesdropping/ find out about it too. The preview makes it look like the boss disapproves but I’m hoping it’s fake… he’s actual a shipper okay guys? He literally told me personally. (delulu is the solulu okay)! But also Karan saying “let me prove it” gave me butterflies. I’m so excited and I’m honestly so happy with the way the story is progressing.

Cherry Magic Thailand + Ep 5 Review

It's really such a shame that GMMTV had to discontinue posting Cherry Magic on YouTube for viewers outside of Thailand, because this show is so so good!

I have to search the depths of the internet to find the episodes with eng subs, but definitely worth it.

This past episode was really good, and I love how the relationships are building:

1. Min and Rock -> I did not expect them to be part of the disbanded group because I didn't look at the picture closer (but I had a weird feeling when they said Min could come up, and put 1 and 1 together seconds before it was revealed) and I like how they solved their issues and even filmed that dance video together.

2. Rock and Pai -> (this might be in my head) but I feel like he definitely likes her, and I'm here for it. They're so adorable!!

3. Min + Jinta -> Jinta is so funny, the way he fell head over heels for Min is adorable. I was screaming when he started dancing in the skate park, IF HE WANTED TO HE WOULD! And the way he comforted Min about his relationship with Rock, I'm soft. I didn't expect to like this couple as much tbh.

4. Karan + Achi -> I started off squealing (Karan's sister is the MVP for kicking him out) and their whole not date, mini-date before they went to work was so cute. The rest of the episode had me so frustrated on Karan's behalf. While I understand being overwhelmed by how big Karan's feelings were, and it was totally understandable that he invited Rock over, I hated how it kept dragging. I understood that he didn't realize Karan was jealous during dinner (which was an adorable scene btw), but I felt so bad when he had to go on the later boat (not blaming anyone, because it was out of their hands), but did he really need to take Rock to his secret place???? Still not Achi's fault obviously, but I couldn't help but get sad along with Karan. I THOUGHT IT WAS SPECIAL, IT MEANT SOMETHING.

The part that really got me was when Karan saw Jinta and Achi being touchy and feely (not that he knew they were communicating about Jinta's crush on Min) but who wouldn't get the wrong idea? I wish Achi would've went after him and talked to him. I hated how it was like they kept missing time to communicate. Anyways, I'm not blaming Achi, just sad for my boy Karan. I'm so glad that we finally got a confession!!! Cannot wait for next episode :)

WE WERE FED & NOW WE’RE GONNA GET DRAMA…

This past episode was so so good but instead of saying my thoughts for the episode like usual, I just want to make one prediction….

As we can see for the episode 11 promo, Booeing is going to try to get at Sand (I had a feeling he was the ex that Top and Sand shared) by saying “I’m willing to be the bad guy, is there a chance?” or something along those lines and then the camera pans over to Ray listening in seeming pissed. So my theory is that Sand is going to say yes.

I don’t want this because we just started to get happy Raysand but I’m feeling like Sand is going to say yes to Boeeing for two main reasons:

In an interview with Let’s Talk BL they were talking about what characters are green flags vs. red flags. The hosts were talking about how Sand can do no wrong and how they love him (okay literally me) when First said something interesting. He said Sand hasn’t done anything YET, and I’m not sure who said it but someone else said “can we really blame him if he does”.

Last episode when they were at the camping site, Sand told Ray in their little discussion in the water. “It’s up to you, but if someone comes along with no complications, I’m leaving. I’m not waiting for you” and yes while Booeing is an ex (I think) and he’s obviously messy, maybe his direct approach will make sand interested.

I’m really hoping because of all the interviews I saw, it looks like both First and Khao said that 9 onwards is good episodes from them, that if there was some jealousy involved (never can say no to that, I love jealous Ray) but not actual drama or conflict or even if there is drama, it better get resolved mid episode. These two have been through enough!!!!

I can’t believe we have to wait another week to find out ughhhh.

after ep. 8 OF updated feelings

UPDATE AFTER EP 8:

Mew -> He needs to get himself together, the path he's going down is not good for him at all. I also think he is realizing that he doesn't love Ray, but more so the "thrill/adventure" and "difference" Ray brings. In the end he is sticking with Ray because he knows that Ray "loves" (yes I'm putting that in quotations) him and he won't get hurt like he did with Top. ALSO IDK WHO NEEDS TO HEAR THIS BUT HE IS A GROWN MAN... NO ONE IS FORCING HIM TO DO ANYTHING, HE IS CHOOSING TO DO THIS.

Top -> At first, I was like wow look at him actually being kind of decent this episode but I saw this theory, and now I just don't know. I think it just shows how I can never guess the intention of this man. The theory was that he was the one who called the cops; which would explain why the cops immediately asked about drugs, went straight upstairs and caught Ray instead of finding Mew who was also drugged out in the kitchen, how they knew Ray would have something on him, and why Top had a wad of cash ready IN AN ENVELOPE to give to a cop that just happened to be a dirty cop.... it's all way too convenient. If that is the case, and he did it to seem more trustworthy and the "hero" FRICK HIM. I also saw people be like "aw look at how he cared for Mew" AS HE SHOULD, HE SHOULD BE GROVELLING. Idk maybe it was just me but cuddling someone while they're unconscious felt kinda weird to me.

Boston -> Man was really just minding his business this episode and wow look at that, he's so much more bearable when he stops causing unnecessary drama. I think Boston was starting to feel something for Nick, like hello sir you're telling me you just stare at all your ex flings in the bar while nursing a drink??? Yeah I didn't think so. He is still messed up for what he did to Mew, and it makes sense that everyone is mad at him BUT him comforting Atom was sweet of him (Ik sue me, I found it cute... I like them as a platonic duo and i'm probably going to gauge my eyes out next ep.) and he ate Cheum up in the one scene outside, and I think that's what pushed him to say yes to Atom at the end of the episode. He must be thinking that since everyone already thinks i'm a bad guy, I might as well be the worse I can. I hope that next ep. he accidentally calls Nick's name and/or finds out about Nick and Dan. Also, I can understand why he didn't want to see Nick, he must have felt betrayed not once but twice. Not saying that he didn't do bad things, if not worse, but I can see why he said for Nick to leave him alone.

Nick -> I just don't know man. LMAO THAT"S ALL I HAVE TO SAY.

Ray -> Oh Ray. Listen I have mixed feelings for this man, I think in general, he wasn't particularly in the wrong for dancing with Mew because like I said before, him and Sand were never officially anything. Sand knows this, he knows this, so while it's not wrong, it just sucks. I liked that Sand talked to him and put up his boundaries but IT HURT... "When I'm with you, i'm so d*mn happy" like please open your eyes and realize the one you care for is Sand!!!! You can also tell how sad he was when he realized that Sand was distancing himself like UGHHHHHH. What I don't agree with is how at the party he stopped Sand from kissing that dude (he was definitely jealous, did you see the way he basically ran? But he has no right to.) and him kissing Sand while he is trying out a relationship with Mew is wrong. Mew doesn't deserve that and neither does Sand. Also I hate the way Cheum acts with Ray (we'll get to that in her part). I felt his pain when he was screaming at the party, and I truly think he needs to learn to love himself first before he can love anyone. OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT BECAUSE I BLOCKED IT OUT OF MY MEMORY, BUT HIM TELLING SAND "stop fooling yourself, Sand. You like me. You love me. You can't walk away from me." WAS SO CRUEL AND DISRESPECTFUL. He needs to start apologizing for all the out of pocket things he says to Sand, because he is starting to use him as a punching bag and I will not stand for that. The whole confrontation at the party was so uncalled for, he had absolutely no right. Also how does he not realize that Mew doesn't genuinely love him?? He kissed Ray just for vengeance in front of Top, that's all it was. #getRayglasses:(

Sand -> CONTINUES TO BE THE BEST CHARACTER TO EXIST. Okay first of all, we love a man who knows his standards, and upholds his boundaries. He was having none of it from Ray, and would keep reminding him that Ray has Mew now. I noticed this small detail and idk if anyone else saw it but when Ray asked for the lighter, Ray put the cigarette in his mouth like he did last time they were outside, probably waiting for Sand to light the cigarette in his mouth. However, Sand handed him the lighter instead AND Ray looked so freaking disappointed. (Not only am I taking this as a sign of Sand distancing himself but also how much that distance is going to effect Ray). He stood up for himself at the party, "I'm not your second option" YESSS WE LOVE KNOWING YOUR OWN SELF-WORTH. What gets me is that even after all that and the way Ray has treated him, Sand still runs to protect him when the cops came because he knew that Ray was doing dr*gs. He came to the party because he felt bad for what he did to Nick, he comforted Nick after his confrontation with Boston... everyone say it with me: SAND BEST BOY!!! If no one else gets happiness, at least Sand should. (preferably with Ray after he goes to rehab and apologizes for all he has said).

Cheum -> Listen I know I said to give her more scenes, but this is not what I meant. It was incredible that she got on my nerves so much. I can appreciate that she is trying to be a "good friend" to Mew, and she doesn't like the way his personality did a full 360, and the actions he has gone up to but blaming that on Ray??? Like girly what? Firstly, Mew is a grown adult (As April said, I love her she kept saying everything I was thinking), he makes these decisions. MEW is the one who keeps going to Ray to get this escape, he's the one who wants to try these new things. It makes me question if Cheum genuinely likes Ray, I mean it seems like she always sees the worst in him. THEN he meets with Top, and says, "who do you think made him this way" when Top said that Mew has changed... oh so it wasn't all due to Ray?? Crazy. But what's even crazier to me is that after a 2 minute talk, she instantly folded and decided to help Top. After everything Top did to Mew??? She invites him to a party without even consulting with Mew if he would be okay with his ex being at the party, and then got an attitude with Ray after he tried to kick Top out even though Mew was the one who threw the drink at him. Her saying "Or I can't because I don't own the place" LIKE GIRL WHEN DID ANYONE IMPLY ANYTHING?? It just really gets me how hypocritical she is with her response to Mew vs. Ray. With Mew she's like "Oh he's so innocent, he needs help because he's making so many bad decisions" which I'm glad because this IS out of character for him, but with Ray, she never tries to understand and instead says it in a way that sounds like she's blaming him. I mean she wasn't wrong when she told Ray to take responsibility for his actions, he was being reckless but idk the vast difference is dizzying to me. Then she interrupts Boston and her brother's conversation, and while I understand that she's protective of her brother and has bad feelings towards Boston, Boston was actually just being a good listener at the moment. HE ALSO ATE HER UP WITH THE "Consider what kind of big sister you are and why your brother is not telling you anything" like maybe just maybe instead of being in everyone's business, Cheum should focus on her girlfriend and her own family/ personal life. Idk maybe this has been building for a while because she's suddenly saying "you never cared for us". I guess I'm just confused because from ep 1, it seemed like Ray's friends only cared for him during parties/ his money.

Ranking OF Characters + their relationship because I need to rant before I combust :)

Wow what an episode this past one was… down below I’m going to break down my personal feelings and thoughts for each character so enjoy I guess & feel free to lmk if you agree or disagree.

Mew: I have mixed feelings about him, there’s no better way to explain it. He’s entering his villain era which ngl I love for him, they need to stop messing with the nice ones and expect them to stay quiet and sane. However, I have a bad feeling about him going to deep in his revenge against Top and Ton, and losing himself. He’s actually such a mastermind, the way he gets revenge is so satisfying. I truly don’t think he loves Ray like that and instead he thinks well maybe he’s who I need to, because at least I know he’s in love with me. Which explains why he said “perhaps the one I should love is you.” I don’t blame Mew, I think he’s genuinely confused rn, especially since Top was his first relationship. I just hope he's not using Ray, and he actually wants to explore how that goes. I just have this weird feeling that Mew is smarter than he looks, and he is purposely giving off a naive look to get away with things. UPDATE: I just saw this tik tok about how Top shared his trauma about fire with Mew (I actually completely forgot about that) and that’s why Mew decided to burn the paper / memory… that would explain both of their expressions, I NEED AN INHALER, THESE THEORIES ARE TOO GOOD.

Top: FRICK THIS MAN. Deserves everything that’s coming his way fr (#1). I felt bad for him slightly but that’s only because I do think he was slowly becoming better because of Mew. However, if he was insecure about Mew and Ray, he should’ve just asked. Instead he let Boston (I’ll get to him soon) of all people talk him into believing that more happened that night. Then, sleeping with his bf’s best friend to ‘even the playing field’ was so disgusting. I give him like half kudos, actually more like 1/8 kudos for stopping Boston in the elevator (the bare fricking minimum but it’s a lot for him) but he should’ve just owned up to what he did and talked to Mew. Instead he had the nerve to be jealous of Mew and Ray, even going as far as to accuse Mew of sleeping with Ray EVEN AFTER he got revealed for cheating. I also hate the way he says stuff like “I will make you fall in love with me again” he always sounds so conceited and arrogant. I hope he realizes that Mew is the best thing to happen to him and grovels to his feet.

Boston: I’m in awe of how awful this man is, like just when I think there’s no way he can be worse, he proves me wrong. Deserves everything that’s coming to him fr (#2). (Side note: can we talk about how talented of an actor Neo is??? He’s so good at playing Ton!!! I think he is narcissistic because I don’t understand how he can be so oblivious or ig non-caring of everyone else’s feelings. Even when it was discovered that he slept with Top, he turned it all around and told Mew that without him, he wouldn’t have been able to get Top… THE ABSOLUTE NERVE OF THIS MAN. Mew was so real for kicking him into the pool and punching him, because he needs it beaten into him. I also find his character fascinating, I noticed a couple of times how he will purposely change his calculating expression to one that is drunk and oblivious to everything. There was the time they were at the bar and he calls Ray a burden (I need to make a whole new post if I wanted to rant how much I hate that they call him that), and again when they were celebrating Mew's birthday. I do think that some of this detachment and not caring stems from the fact that he wants to move to pursue his photography, so he thinks "why care, if I'm leaving it all behind"

Nick: He's another confusing character, I just don't know how to feel for him. I mean at first I felt bad for him because he genuinely likes Boston for whatever reason, but seriously the way he goes about EVERYTHING is so wrong. Firstly, his interest stems from him snooping in Ton's phone and then proceeding to j*rk off to him like... that's so messed up. Then he takes a photo of himself, and okay that leads to them sleeping together. No matter how much I dislike Boston, he did say from the beginning that he wasn't interested in a relationship, he made it clear. Therefore, really Nick didn't have any reason to do the things he did. THE TAPE????? That was so so messed up. He not only recorded him without his consent, he then shared that with Sand. I can't even feel bad for him anymore, he's just so delusional and lost, and I just want him to find someone else and realize there's better out there then Boston. I wanted him to stop trailing over Ton like a lost puppy. Also side note: the way he said "I'm nasty too" when talking to Top, okay Nick go off ig. I need him to have his "idc" era so Boston will be the one beginning for him instead.

Ray: I was literally defending Ray since the beginning (still kind of am) but honestly, I'm so disappointed. There's so much more to his character then what meets the eye. I firstly want to say this and get it out of the way, FRICK RAY'S FRIENDS... every single one of them. It was obvious from the beginning that he had drinking problems, and yet it doesn't seem like anyone has tried to talk to him, to help him realize he's struggling with alcoholism (I know Ray is an adult, but addiction is not always easy to see, if a friend of mine was obviously struggling with something, I would help however I can). And before anyone goes "But Mew was there.. blah blah" I will shut that down rn. I appreciate Mew being his emergency contact, I really do but the way he acts sometimes sounds condescending. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE CONVO IN THE BATHROOM ON MEW'S BIRTHDAY: Him saying "You're going to die before 30"???? How could you say that knowing he was/is su!c!dal. (Sorry I went on a tangent when I was supposed to be talking about Ray's characterization). Anyways, I feel like since he's never had a genuine friendship or someone who wants him not for his money, he latches onto Sand. (I know their "relationship" starts off of money but later it's more). Another reason I say this is because at Mew's birthday, he tells Sand "If you want money, sleep with me" which I think is from his insecurity that Sand doesn't actually want him, and that he would end up alone again. His mom is dead, she was never comforting or close to him. His dad (frick him) only cares about the car and didn't care that he was in hospital. (I'm still curious what he asked Sand to do). However, I think this shaped him to start taking advantage of Sand. Just like Boston, Ray did make it clear from the beginning that this was in no means a relationship so he's not technically in the wrong. It just sucks, because you can tell he is at least attracted (it actually runs deeper, I know it) and I truly think he only loves Mew as a friend, and because he was just so glad someone was there for him when he needed someone the most.

Sand: BEST CHARACTER OF THE WHOLE SHOW FR FR. He deserves the whole world, and I will defend him until the end, he can do no wrong. (Okay so it was wrong how he manipulated Ray into exposing Top and Ton but honestly, it needed to be done.) I love how he was just minding his own business, living life until Top made him angry.. Then he woke up and chose violence, causing everyone's dirty laundry to be aired. I really felt bad for him and Nick in the scene when they were hugging because they are literally two feathers of the same bird, they are in the exact same situation. I love him and I'm glad he knows his worth (I say this because in the preview of ep 8, he says "I'm not your rebound") IKTR SAND, YOU TELL HIM!!

Cheum: Girly needs more screen time fr :( They need to show more of her and April, I loved that they showed them communicating their issues. I also think it's hilarious how she tries to stop fights, like she screamed for Boston and Mew to stop fighting but didn't jump into the pool LMAO or when she sprayed everyone with water when Top came to see Mew at the hotel. I think she knew about Ray's feelings for Mew, or at least she found out at the party for sure. Either way, sometimes she needs to think before she says stuff, but I still love her anyways.

RELATIONSHIP RANKINGS

Ray + Sand -> even though Ray is on time out right now for the way he keeps hurting Sand, I still want them to be endgame. I truly think Sand brings out the best in Ray, and Ray understands Sand is a way that others don't. I do however want Sand to make Ray jealous so he will open his eyes and realize that Sand is the one for him. (Side note: I need the sad edits to stop, why does every freaking romance song fit them???) Traitor by Olivia Rodrigo and them >>>>> (that's literally their song, don't try to fight me).

Cheum + April -> cuties that haven't done anything wrong yet, and just love each other. I NEED MORE SCREEN TIME OF THEM THOUGH!!!

Ray + Rehab -> This would also be cute <3 I want this along with Sand and Ray, a throuple if you will.

Nick + self love -> he just needs to first learn his own worth before he can get into a relationship. I'm hoping the guy in the promo for next episode is an ex, and that they end up being good for each other. I do not want him with Boston, that's for sure.

Mew + therapy -> I feel like he's going to need some after dealing with Top and Boston, I hope he finds someone way way way better than Top.

Boston + detention center -> someone get this man and let him isolate to himself. Since he's so narcissistic, this shouldn't be too bad, he can listen to himself talk all day <3

Top + no one -> Since he thinks everyone wants him, I hope he ends up alone and realizes that he sucks, and how he treated everyone was not okay.
