PLEASE help my friends. The ICE is attempting to split them up because the father is an immigrant.

The Gutierrez family are some of the kindest, most generous people i have ever met in my life. They emanate love and compassion, and they’ve been through a lot. 

Yesenia, the beautiful woman in the middle, has been put through medical conditions throughout her life, resulting in hospitalizations, and created significant complications with her second pregnancy. she still suffers from asthma, and it creates significant obstacles in her life. it’s imperative that she has access to a hospital, as she could literally die without one.

Carlos is a good husband, a terrific father, and a wonderful community member. unfortunately, he’s being faced with legal fees and hoops that he has no way to get through, and is being deported. he’s currently stuck in his apartment with an ankle bracelet.

their two daughters are beautiful girls. 

i’ve had the honor of being on a native youth council with the oldest, genesis, and she’s the most energetic, caring, curious, enthusiastic kid i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. she’s bright, is bilingual, always trying to find out more about her culture and the ones around her, and really really wants a dog.

the ICE is going to deport Carlos. They want to leave before they’re forced to.

they want to move to Mexico on their own terms, avoiding the harm and trauma that will come to them from a forced deportation. they especially want to avoid that for their girls, who are both young and could suffer lasting damage from trauma like that.

unfortunately, especially with one of the family’s providers stuck in the house and unable to work, they need more money in order to move how they want to. they’re getting desperate, and all they want is to keep their family together.

if you can, PLEASE donate to help them. we all know what the ICE is doing to immigrant families right now, and you have the chance to make all the difference in the world for 4 people. every dollar counts, and i can’t think of a family more deserving of a happy life than this one.
