Sure, the soft paws treading lightly on the earth while the wind bristles through my fur as I run past trees sounds amazing, and I want that too. But I'm talking about the starvation, the urges to hunt and kill, the dried blood on my muzzle, the diseases, the aggression, splinters and ticks and fleas, torn ears and fresh wounds.

I don't think I'll ever forgive my ex friend group. I expressed and showed a "sinful" side to my therianthropy, which was my packer because I was extremely proud with how my own DIY one came out. Days later I was harassed and called horrific things like a zoophile and rape fetishist.

I'm traumatized and upset over this still, whenever someone tries to call me a "zoo" for being a physical therian, I feel sick, the mere idea of being called a zoophile for how I want to express my body, is disgraceful and disgusting. I am a physical therian. Created through trauma, hatred and anger. Physical therians are not zoophiles. As a fucking VICTIM I am for sure not a rape fetishist.

My moral compass IS flawed I will admit, but that's due to trauma and years of grooming and desensitization. I'm unfortunately desensitized to nasty shit such as zoophillia and pedophillia, and I AM working towards getting better, but I really really wish people would understand that grooming and trauma isn't just "triggers" or "things they don't like".

It's genuinely disgusting that people expect victims to suddenly be COMPLETELY NORMAL after grooming, i was groomed 2-3 fucking years ago, and it still affects me, and I don't think it'll ever truly leave me, the memories, the scars, everything. from numerous people. that shit does not fade well, it scars and it sticks out, and people point it out. Pointing flaws out that either are expressed in areas where they're allowed or seen as accepted is insane. I thought these people accepted and supported me, saw me as a friend yknow? No, the second I showed my actual therianthropy and how I express it, I'm a "disgusting zoophile".

The therian community is not exactly a space for discrimination like this, I've been ashamed since this incident happened, but I've slowly been expressing my therianthropy more, and I really hope one day people understand that people go through fucked up shit.
