The last few weeks have been hard …. A hard that know one knows unless you have depression the kind of hard that sits in your heart and soul quietly and waiting like a predator in the night . When it snaps you fight fight fight for your life one slip and it could be over . One failed move and you spiral down down down into its trap. It’s the kind of hurts that you can’t explain because no one will understand. When you take your meds and go to therapy but your brain chemistry is just stuck …. Major depressive disorder clinically depressed …. When you get in a slump it can be a day a week a month or a year and the pain is the pain of losing a loved one times 100 . Every tiny thing some times breathing is painful and tiresome but I have to mask and be ok .

First day back to work feeling okay so far going todo lunch duty then recess !

I’m sorry I’ve been gone things are getting hectic with school getting back in session and having college work to do and working full time and animals it’s just a lot and trying to find a routine …

Good morning all totally night ready for school to start had an inservice today and I feel like I got hit by a truck hahaha although I’m ready for fall part of me is not ready to get things thrown at me hahah

Thank god for a mostly migraine flare up free day just feeling a little off and tired but other than that I feel good

I am finding this out it is a long journey but hey I’m here to go through it because I deserve peace just as much as anyone else !
