“If nihilism means life beyond the ideological workerism that builds walls and compounds of safety then I dance and sing as a nihilist to the rhythm of every tsunami that creates art with wreckage. My only tragedy is the moments of life I surrendered to the belief that I was broken, disordered, and disabled. But the death of those moments now resting in pieces gives life to a new discovery of myself, to feral expressions that overwhelm every levy of emotional control, like clandestine flora breaking through asphalt. With gun powder affection and the courage that initiates a first kiss, I find self-love in collapsing those ivory towers of decorum; my melancholy and rage might be profitable targets for control and regulation by the dealers of chemical dependencies and escapes, but they are me! They are elements integral to my existence - informed responses to my surroundings. And even if I find them difficulty at times, I embrace their existence as much as I embrace myself. And while I find even myself difficult at times, I am not a fucking science project for chemical escapism; I remain an embodiment of insubordination, the fluidity of unbridled emotions, the nihilist poetry of a tsunami in flux. I do not sympathize with conforming to behavioral servitude in order to preserve the general peace of subordinating civility! Rather than pacify my outrage or silence my despair, I have put all of society’s shame-on-mes and peer pressures to rest in coffins lined up for a bonfire in my head. And during their incineration, I will look up to the stars with a smile of admiration, for they are a dazzling beauty beyond the reach of civilized governance. For better or worse, I am me, the complete I, a storm living and breathing until I become one with the dirt and the infinite sky.”

"Decolonization is the ending of colonialism and the liberation of the colonized. This requires the dismantling of the colonial government and its entire social system upon which control & exploitation are based. Decolonization, then, is a revolutionary struggle aimed at transforming the entire social system and re-establishing the sovereignty of tribal peoples. In political terms, this means a radical decentralization of national power (i.e., the dismantling of the nation-state) and the establishment of local autonomy (community & region, traditionally the village and tribal nation)"

The 2H/8H axis is so much juicer when you remove capitalism from your delineations.
2H becomes about what we have that we feel the need to protect. It’s our relationship to the land. 8H is mutual aid - giving and receiving outside of a transactional mindset.
These houses are all about possessing and sharing. Yes, they can be “material” houses, but caring for things on the material plane =/= “materialism”.
The 2H/8H axis outside of a capitalist context looks like a community garden. You grow your crop, someone else grows theirs, and you exchange some of your surplus for theirs at the harvest. You nurture and support one another.
Planets in 2H want to be able to provide for the native and support their direction in life. Planets in 8H want to be able to provide for others, and receive support in return.

seeing kink is not participating in kink. if there is a Dom/sub couple walking around in public, and you see them, you are not being forcibly pulled into their dynamic. you have no relationship with these people. you are not being forced to participate in their kink. a girl walking around in a revealing her crop top because her boyfriend likes her breasts is not forcing you to participate in her boyfriend's breast fetish, and a guy wearing a dog mask to pride with his boyfriend is not forcing you to participate in his fetish, either. the idea that percieving kink (which has historically included gay attraction, which is why gay people and kinky people are in this shit together) means the viewer is being forced into non-consensual sexual activity is a cornerstone of homophobic, sex negative conservative arguments.
you being personally uncomfortable seeing something =/= you are being forced into something, or that the people you are seeing are morally in the wrong for your emotions. you have a right to feel uncomfortable, look away, go somewhere else, ignore them, or even vent about them to your friends, but that uncomfortable feeling does not justify falling in line with dangerous conservative rhetoric.

My take of @zombie-luna as a witch
Check out her blog for awesome whimsigoth fashion!
I really appreciate her willingness to share selfies to improve fat representation. I think positive representation helps others like myself mentally fight back against fat-shaming and fatphobia.

Look at every city. The nicest buildings are usually the post office and the library.
We need libraries. They are a reflection of our society. Cops do not need more money, especially at the expense of libraries.
Eric Adams will never feel shame. He is drawn to decisions that are horrible for society.

"The vocabulary that expresses the conceptual basis of a paradigm is an essential aspect of that paradigm, but the vocabulary itself is not the paradigm. Adopting the language of the neurodiversity paradigm isn't the same as actually making a meaningful shift in one's consciousness and one's practices"

Atypical Autism Traits
The [ original source ] for these is highly gendered.
Under the cut, I am retyping the original source in gender-neutral language, as atypical autism traits do not only appear in girls.
If you are Autistic and your autism matches this profile, it does not mean that you must be a girl; it just means your autism is a kind that often gets missed by traditional diagnostic profiles. These traits were commonly found by researchers in cisgender girls, but they are by no means exclusive to cisgender girls.
The traits are split into four categories.
