mini-hiatus.

    Hey, loves! Sorry for not being around lately. The reason why is that for the next week or so (as well as the past week), my schedule is JAM-PACKED. I have three major final projects/tests (including a documentary film), a weekend upstate with my congregation where I’ll barely be touching my computer, and I’m modeling in a fashion show next week. 

So, tl;dr, I probably won’t be around much until June 3! See you all then <3

      It’s been so long since she’s been lifted up in anyone’s arms this way that the sudden weightlessness is just about as UNNERVING as it is unfamiliar. But with her leg likely broken ( yet again ) and time trickling through their fingers, Xena has no choice but to nod her consent, wrapping an arm around the tall woman’s neck to keep herself steady.

     “So am I,” she echoed, returning the girl’s smile with a forced one of her own. Xena still wasn’t used to this -- Gabrielle had always been the best with people, not she -- but she’d be damned if she didn’t at least TRY. “When I was... the person you likely still think of me as, I thought differently. But I’ve learned since that I was wrong to do so.”

getting slightly too drunk in the middle of the afternoon and slow dancing to dumb cheesy old music and kissing in a way that’s more laughter than actual kissing, mouths clumsy and hands gripping tight and sunlight slanting over them as they move lazily together 

curling up on the sofa together, feet tucked under thighs and arms around shoulders, watch the kind of crap tv that only airs at 3am because they don’t want to go to untangle themselves to go to bed

hectic mornings when they each need to be somewhere and they’re rushing around each other, ducking into bathrooms and bedrooms and kitchen cupboards, pausing to straighten tops and press kisses to cheeks
