Top five pillars of wealth building
It’s an equivalent for wealth building. I’ve identified five pillars that support our understanding of the way to responsibly build wealth. You’ll see these concepts everywhere personal wealth is made .
1. Self Investing :
“To create anything, you would like to take a position in yourself.” It’s something my father repeated often in our household. He learned this from his father, my grandpa. this is often the inspiration of each personal pursuit in life. What’s another desirable thing within the modern world? I argue that it’s ideas. If you reverse engineer how people earn money, it always starts with a thought . Every invention, business, product, and career has started with a thought .
Here are some thoughts on how you'll invest in yourself: First of all self-investing, like, skills, knowledge, behavior, personality, etc. There are too many online free resource centers that provide learning courses for private development. find out how to create something, Learn a valuable skill that relatively few people have, Build a network of individuals who do well in life, Save enough money to measure on for a minimum of 6 months
2. Income Generation :
Having ideas without execution is like having a bow without an arrow. you would like to place your ideas to figure . If you are doing that, you'll start creating value. And once we create value, we generate income
3. Asset Investing :
The third pillar of wealth building is investing in assets—anything which will increase your wealth without personal labor. this is often the foremost popular pillar because we all want to create wealth without fixing the hours. Most people consider land once they consider assets because it’s a physical asset.
Businesses: this is often a broad asset class. you'll buy dividend stocks on the
market, and these companies can pay you a share of the profit. you'll also start your own business.
Bonds: once you invest fettered , you become a debt collector. You collect interest a bit like your bank is collecting on your mortgage (if you've got one). Some people wish to classify assets as current (easily transformed into cash, like stocks) or non-current (land). I like better to check out assets as cash-generating or not. Here are a couple of assets that don’t generate cash but might
increase in value.
Land: a bit of land by itself won't generate cash unless you rent or lease it.
4. Asset Protection
When you build wealth, you would like to guard that from external factors. Once you’ve acquired some wealth, you’re a target. meaning you would like to stay your assets safe from legal situations. this is often the fourth pillar of wealth building. you would like to structure your wealth during a way that minimizes your risk. This has everything to try to to with financial laws. the purpose of asset protection is that you simply want to mind your own business and confirm your assets are protected at an equivalent time.
5. Capital Allocation
At some point, you’ve acquired such a lot wealth that the sole thing you’re doing is traveling your resources. this is often the fifth and final pillar. you would possibly sell one stock and buy another one. you would possibly liquidate a business and begin a replacement one. You might sell land and buy a cash-generating asset. and every one the while, you’re still generating value and cash. this is often all that Berkshire Hathaway does. they're within the capital allocation business.

During this lockdown, as the country face a lot of troubles, one of the big concern that stands in front of the administration is the education for the students.
According to the reports, it was found that the medium through which teaching is taking place is through what's app and less then 10% students are able to attend the classes. The major reason behind this situation is lack of proper technological equipment’s available for the students. Students who are from poor economic background don't have access to mobiles, laptops and proper internet connection to attend online classes. Due to constraint of money poor families are unable to own a smartphone, and even if they manage to own one, they aren't able to pay for the internet services and all. Another challenge is that, students are not well trained on how to use smartphones. This lockdown condition happened all of sudden.
This is true that " We learn more in crisis than in comfort". People have different opinions of lockdown. Some people want to go outside, some want to stay home connected to the people through their mobiles. Some are spending time watching their favorite TV shows, listening to music, learning something new, workout, etc.

Parameters of success
Success means to achieve a mission you have set for yourself. Action is the first physical step you will take in success. Moreover, people compare different people's performances to evaluate their success. But success is not something that you can copy from others. You have to make your own path to achieving success. Success doesn't have any timeline i.e it doesn't matter what you were in past, it matters what you are in present.
Parameters of success can be different from person to person depending upon their definition of success. It is said that time is money. Knowing the value of time is also important to achieve success. Loss of time means loss of opportunity. Apart from hard work, a successful person knows how to manage time. Life is short and one must not waste time. There is much to be done and one must make the best use of time.
It is also important to have a direction in life and to know our goal. We should choose our career very carefully. Instead of doing what others want us to do, we should see what interests us and what are we good at. It is important to choose a path and concentrate all our energies in the direction we have chosen. It does not help to run after many things at the same time. Success is personal and unique for each individual. If one-person gets success within a stipulated time it will not be the same time span for another person.
Sometimes, even if one is not very talented, one can succeed through determination and hard work. We have no control over luck or circumstances. But we certainly have control over how much hard work we can put in. We should do our best in every situation and not work about the result.  Usually, that takes care of itself. Life is indeed a race, where everyone is involved in the quest for money or popularity and is willing to go all out and use whatever means to achieve the desired ends. To be Successful in Life & its Parameters •
1. Think Out of Box
2. Maintain Balance in Life •
3. Be a Person of Action •
4. Never be afraid to introduce creativity
To achieve our goal, you need to follow some steps. Steps are the first stage to achieve something. Education is the key source to achieve something in life. We the Zigya provides free learning resources for students from class 8th onward and other entrance exams like JEE, NEET, etc. We have designed our pattern in such a way that builds curiosity among students to know more. We provide resources in such a way that students understand and learn better to enhance their performance.

Some indicators of a successful life are:
•       Skills
•       Education
•       Good Work Habits
•       Creativity
•       Positive Mental Attitude
As we know that life is full of challenges, winning those challenges by our hard work and effort brings success. Hard work, commitment, and dedication are the basic components that make a person successful. Achieving your set goals is an extremely important parameter of success.

Key Sources of Knowledge in Education
As a successful person in life and as a useful citizen in the sight no one can neglect the importance of education. Education reduces the challenges of a happy life that one might face. It is an undoubted fact that hard work is the key to success. You cannot achieve anything without hard work. If you want to do well in your studies you have to work hard, if you wish to be the best athlete in your school, you must run faster.
Right through the ages, we find that great men and women the world over, have worked hard to achieve success. Edison, who invented the electric bulb, worked twenty-one hours a day, and many others also worked hard, learn and understand their field of knowledge to achieve their goals in life and be an inspiration to our youth.
The world 'rest' did not exist in Mahatma Gandhi's dictionary. Knowledge is everything that can be gained by everyone. Knowledge refers to the facts, information, skills acquired through experience and education. Knowledge can be acquired in many different ways and from many sources.
As the human body needs nutritious food to grow and develop, our mind too needs the knowledge to create innovative ideas. Any new information acquired by an organism through the formal, informal, or nonformal way of inquiry can be termed as knowledge. Knowledge makes individuals more strong and confident in their activity. The activity of research builds new knowledge, theory or formulates generalization.
Knowledge plays a vital role in one's life. We can get knowledge through different media like newspapers, television, or through sources of books. In modern times, our society has expanded more sources to provide knowledge to every human being. Here, we bring you a free resource center, where students can enroll themselves free of cost. Students from class 8th onward and other competitive exams like JEE, NEET, etc get digital free study material for any board in any medium along with free mocks to enhance their performance. We have designed our pattern in such a way that builds curiosity among students to know more.
Visit: www.zigya.com
Senses are the gateways of knowledge. Through our five sense organs, students are able to construct and verify information regarding the experiment conducted. Yet another way of getting knowledge is logical reasoning. It is related to brainy functioning. Ignorance and blind believes made man sleeping brains, later, curiosity and search for cause and effect relationship paved the way for unfolding natural truths and facts.
Thus, we can say knowledge is an extremely complex and phenomenon at the same time.  On the level of an individual (the knower), good knowledge and its correct application can lead to a better life and higher achievements.

No Smoking Day
No Smoking Day No Smoking Day is observed on 13th March every year. The main purpose of this day is to spread awareness about the harmful health effects of tobacco consumption through cigarettes, and other modes. It is an annual awareness day that is intended to help smokers who want to quit smoking. Smoking and chewing tobacco are some of the worst habits one can adopt. In this modern society, you can see adults and teenagers smoking at parties and nightclubs, as they find it a symbol of maturity and status, least aware of the fact that smoking will kill them one day. " Smoking is injurious to Health" is written on every cigarette pack. However, people ignore this truth and continue to smoke regardless of their health and family. Smoking causes many health problems in the lungs, hearts, and kidneys and even causes cancer. Smokers are aware of the negative effects of smoking, but they do not stop smoking because they become addicted to the nicotine present in cigarettes. Millions of people die each year as a result of smoking, so we can see how much this affects our society. Usually, teenagers are more susceptible to smoking, causing a great risk to their lives. People view smoking as a way to relax, but it causes various health problems and is sometimes deadly. Therefore, it is important that people understand the negative effects and give up as soon as possible to save the lives of their loved ones. For decades, many families have suffered the loss of loved ones and have faced financial problems from the harmful effects of smoking. Furthermore, non-smokers exposed to tobacco from the environment are at high risk, just like the ones who smoke directly. Therefore, active smokers should think about their children and their families and stop smoking to improve their lives and society. It is especially harmful to the elderly and children. Therefore, the government must ban the use of these products. This day is also celebrated in schools and colleges to make aware of these products that are bad for health.
