Thankfully, they didn't say no! Melba was summoned for an interview almost straight away down at Doo Peas Corporate Towers! The place looked a lot fancier than Melba was expecting, but she didn't let nerves get the best of her. She put her best foot forward and was able to snag an entry-level position within the company! Things were starting to shape up nicely here in Sunset Valley.

It had been a hectic few days since Melba first arrived in Sunset Valley, but the bulk of the work on her home had been completed. She didn't have much money, but she did what she could for the time being. It was definitely a work in progress, but Rome wasn't built in a day as a wise sim once said.

Next on the agenda was getting a job. She went down to the local library and worked on updating her old resume. She hadn't had a lot of work experience, but her food blog had garnered a modest following so she felt that had to count for something. Melba decided to copy her resume and a link to her blog into an email to the local journalism hub in town. The worst they could say was no, right?

Melba Honeychurch is new to Sunset Valley, and she is a keen foodie looking to make a name for herself in the world of journalism! She currently runs a small food blog, which has in fairness been growing steadily for the past couple of years, but would love to expand her reach. Her ultimate goal is to be able to travel the world in search of new recipes and underrated restaurants, one day hoping to be able to compile these experiences into the ultimate travel guide for food lovers everywhere!

Hello, hello. I have two problems with your DRs to report: 1) Your llamacorn for cowmascot appears in CAS as skin-textured CC. Kinda a creepy one. 2) Blazerpants doesn't have unique mesh resources and apparently it conflicts with The Measure of a Sim's slicksuit. Could you fix it, please?

Hi anon, I think one of your downloads might be conflicting with the llamacorn cow default, because it's showing fine in my game, but I went ahead and recreated it just in case.

Even tho I have a couple of WIPs waiting for me, I had to convert this adorable dress from the new Grunge Revival kit! This soft grunge vibe reminds me of my high school sad girl tumblr era lol 🐸

And what is a true grunge outfit without some wooly socks and vintage boots? I paired the dress with Echo lake boots by @sforzcc and @clumsyalienn’s Ren socks.

The dress is for AF & TF, has 9 swatches, both morphs and 4,190 polys; the socks and the boots have 6,453 polys.

I also converted the choker from the kit (AF-TF, 4 swatches, 3,988 polys) and the key earring (AF-TF, 4 swatches, 372 polys)- preview pics under the cut.

I reeeaaally loved all the new hairstyles we got in the TS4 High School Years pack, but what I loved even more were these add-ons (edited versions) by @simancholy!

So I had to convert all four!

1. EP12 Short Curly (4208 polys)

Hi guyss, today I have these two conversions to share with you <3

Both are from @solistair’s Werewolves add-ons pack. 

The first is a top that used to be a dress, I thought it looked really cool this way and had to have it in my game! It’s for AF, has 10 swatches and 2481 polys.

The second conversion is a skirt that also used to be a dress; it has both morphs, 9 swatches and 1096 polys. I combined it with my conversion of Werewolves sneakers that have 1232 polys.

I recently got a new PC and I have been on a MISSION to get all my sims games back in action! 

Sims 2 and 3 are done now I think (minus extra CC I want to download but when do I not amirite?) but ngl I’ve kind of abandoned TS4 because those last patches have destroyed the different lifespans and honestly I cba with the bork
