Nick nodded in agreement with his brother. He just didn’t want to see him end up like the man that was now so cold to his kids. “What drinking game?” He asked of her as he took another drink from the bottle.

Alberta sighed” No guys, we are not gonna open a new argument the second we make up, come ehre matti and give me a sip of this vodka, maybe ill grow nerves to let ana touch me” she said and grabbed the bottle from Matti.

Nick rolled his eyes.”Okay sorry, I’m being a bitch and a brat.” Stealing the bottle from his siblings, he took a long drink and gave it back to Berta then. He moved to sit on the bed and waited for them once more.

Matti stood up with a sigh, if there was something he did not like about siblings, it was fighitng, and especially like this. He felt like they should just talk it out like grownups and in a few minutes it would be over with, everyone had said something the other didnt like. He knocked on the door “ nick get a grip and come out and talk to us like a man. I know she said hurtful things that you did not like, you said things she did not like. but nobody can make p for anything if you just lock yourself in the bathroom” Matti loved his siblings to peaces but he was not the one who would lay down on the floor and cry with nick. He was more of a tough love brother. He spoke thigns like he saw it and how he felt about it. 

Alberta sighet, swallowing her pride because thats what she was used to doing with Nick.” come on nick, lets talk about this, I shpuldnð’t have called you a douch, you were just trying to help and I over reacted, please come out and talk to us, we can ahve a group hug”

When Matti spoke up, he had flashbacks. Ones that he hadn’t had in his time there. Flashbacks to their dad telling him to get over it as he laid crying with his mother’s sweater. Hearing Alberta again, he sniffed and unlocked the door. “You did...but I shouldn’t have call you a bitch either.” Standing as he sniffed still and looked at them both. “I don’t want a hug...just, Berta, I know you like her and care about her...I don’t want to see you lose someone again over something that i promise you, is the most amazing connection you will ever feel.” Taking her hand and squeezing it.

Alberta rolled her eyes again” So because I dont like your judgemental comment on me you go cry in the bathroom? Really mature” She said with crossed arms over her hest and a frown. But she softened up as Matti spoke and knew he was right so she went over to the bathroom and knocked on the door”Come on nick, come out and talk to us, im sorry i was rude”

Nick hadn’t heard what either of them said. He was curled up on his floor, sobbing. Not only tears of sadness but tears of pain and frustration. Hearing a knock, he just curled up more and didn’t answer her. Even if she apologized, sort of, He was still too mad at her for even thinking to say what she said about him. He wasn’t a douche and she had been wrong. He wasn’t budging on his opinion about that.

Matti had been having way to good of a time fucking the heck our of Gunnar and totally forgot the time so as Gunnar got a moment to catch his break, Matti threw on a pair of boxers, sweats and Gunnars t-shirt. He then voted on changing shirts as Gunnar sure wore smaller clothes than Matti and the shirt was way to tight, after throwing on a hoodie he headed to Nicks room and just opened the door without knocking, the biggest smile and look of relaxation and happines on his face, “ Matti is in the house, now the party can staaaart!” he sang only 30 minutes to late

“I don’t look happy cause im not happy” she said with a frown and just hugged him tighter” So, how much do you wanna bet that matty turns up late?” She asked with a smirk”I suggest we do something while we wait because we both know he is not going to show up any time soon… When Matti finally arrived Alberta smirked”Told you so! Pay up!”

“Just means when Matti gets here you are going to tell us, not a choice”Nick may have been the baby of the family but he wasn’t going to let his sister hide why she was mad. “Oh I won’t bet on that since I know its true. So now with them on their way, he was more excited, having ordered snacks to his room.
