adrien is a sentimonster. or is at least revealed to be one

his amok is in Gabriel's ring, and somehow they take down hawkmoth.

adrien discovers his own amok, and he earnestly wants to somehow trade his vessel for something else. mostly because he hates the reminder of his father, and partly because he wants to return the rings to the Graham De Vanily family- maybe not completely intact, but the thought counts

he's standing on the rooftop next to ladybug, who he still doesnt know is his cute classmate Marinette. somehow, again, they got the peacock miraculous.

she unifies with the it, and she takes the ring from his hands.

"are you sure you want to do this?" she asks. "we have no idea what could happen."

"i have nothing left to lose." he replies, as ladybug takes the ring and crushes it between her palms

he winces visibly, but ladybug quickly catches the feather, holding it between her thumb and index finger.

chat stands up straight as soon as ladybug twirls the feather between her fingers.

they both feel bad for a moment.

"so, what would you want to contain this in? it ought to be something secure, kitty. or you won't hear the end of it from me-"

her speech stops as the cat pulls out a colorful charm of miscellaneous beads, one she knows all too well.

"this. its my most precious possession."

ladybug doesn't say anything, simply pressing the feather into the charm, sending waves of passion into adriens heart.

he cries at the feeling of finally being himself. being adrien agreste, instead of being Adrien Agreste.

ladybug holds him tighter then she ever had.

How I made a fake miraculous spoiler with cgi and editing

A few days ago I posted two edits showing a new miraculous kwami fusion. Lots of you got pranked by this obviously fake Plaggikki/Plikki kwami and I had the funniest time seeing your reactions as I am a sadistic person (jk). But guess what, looks like I'm sadistic towards myself too because this was the most difficult edit I've ever done in my entire life (yet).

Get ready because this post is gonna be long! I apologise for any bad english here, not my first language but it'll do.

So what's fake in this edit? Well pretty much everything except for Adrien's head and body.

This is the first time I actually model and animate a character in an edit. Yea Plagg is fake y'all. The earrings too but that's more noticeable. And look at this other edit process:

So... many of you asked me about the process / wondered how I made this and well there's no simple answer but the process went like this for the first one

Finding a good source material. The original clip is from The Bubbler with Adrien and Plagg talking. Finding good episodes to edit is much more important than it seems because without a good source I can't do anything. I chose this one because of the simple head movement, the background is easy to remove and I got Plagg as a size reference. Season 1 has the easiest clips to edit imo

Removing the background. This wasn't that difficult because the color and value difference between the bg and Adrien was enough to have a clean "Adrien only" edit. Sometimes backgrounds are too difficult to remove and that's why I kept only this clip.

Adding the earrings. I made a 3d track of the head, made a model of the earrings based on the one we quickly see in Reflekdoll and rendered it to match the lighting. Then a quick color grading so they feel more natural. This was a trial and error thing, testing techniques until it worked and I actually thought about giving up many times 🥲 but it was important so the edit felt real (I remember when I posted Space Ladybug and half the comments were about the ear thing ahh)

Adding Plagg. I modelled Plagg, rigged it and animated it, there's no edit here. I actually made a Plagg model for fun, then had this Plaggikki idea as a joke and you can see how far it went 😂 I will probably make another post about that.

I tried to fit the animation style of the show, then a bit of color correct and compositing (motion blur and stuff not that noticeable) to match the whole thing and added a background from a screenshot of the show.

Now adding some fake subtitles matching the lips enough to make it believable, and here you go!

The Plagg only edit was a bit easier, I photoshopped a background made from mostly screenshots of other power ups, then animated Plagg and added the whole thing.

In total I worked on it in my free time within a few weeks not counting the time spent modelling Plagg as I made it a while ago. So I have no idea how long it took to make but I can approximate between 8 and 20 hours? Animating and adding the earrings were the longest.

I hope that knowing how I made this was interesting, it's mostly a trial and error process and trying to do the best of what I have available at the moment, but the end result is worth it and seeing your reactions motivates me a lot! I've actually learned a lot about this show while searching for source material to use. And thanks a lot to my friends (and discord friends!) that helped me with their feedback 🥰
