Cambiando aglomeración por entusiasmo, el barrio patrocina ferias callejeras y apoya tiendas de segunda mano y restaurantes eclécticos.

Es fácil ir y venir de Capitol Hill, pero ¿quién quiere irse de una comunidad donde se puede comprar limonada fresca a un emprendedor vecino de edad preescolar?
