Just watched a playthrough of INDIKA, I feel like this gameplay shows a lot about how I wanted to write my main character meeting with death and the devil. Both are seriously scary. Both are very unknown horrors we struggle with daily.

Speaking of Souls-like, It would be amazing if these angels have monster forms: - Gabriel has a bird/winged like monster with feathers, Symbolizing a messenger (Dove muixed with a owl). - Raphael is a winged scale like monster with a staff/ trumpet shape as a mouth. - Azrael has a black winged like monster with moth/vulture and bat like features. - Micheal has a tiger/wolf like mixed with a dragon monster . - Luciels monster has a monster with a snake/rat features but parts of it's body has swan like features. Symbolizing his angel like beauty that is lost between the others. -Uriel has a monster with salamander/dragon/dragon like features with a Chimera like build - Barachiel has a thunderbird like monster with goat/ram/horse like features.

These characters met eachother and grew up with eachother in ancient Greece. Symbolically Death and the maiden are like Hades and Persephone. With a different story but the same meaning behind it.

Azrael the angel of death

One of the 7 archangels, he often roams in limbo and travels to the human world to bring the dead to limbo. To await their time to enter heaven.

His before and after concepts: His after design is where he is drained of energy and the before design is him in his prime.

Barachiel, the angel of lightning and blessings.

He is a half-angel, born from an angel and a human man. His history is in the north of Europe and is called ᚦᛟᚾᚨᚱ (Donar) in the village he was brought up.
