One more day to Nishikaze 2017! We can't believe the time is already here! We have a few things to make sure you all know before you arrive on Friday and Saturday! (ALSO VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VIP HOLDERS!) We have included maps below. -Registration will be in two different places for the Friday and Saturday! Friday registration will be in front of the UofL Ballrooms in the Students Union Building, and Saturday Registration will be located in the Heart of the PE building, right in front of our Marketplace. -If you are a VIP holder, your VIP Maid Cafe Tea Party seats at 3:30 PM on Friday! You'll be able to pick up your VIP badge right before you enter the Ballroom, which includes 10 Matsuri Tickets and your Maid Cafe Wristband for Saturday. **There are some VIP holders who have not picked a Saturday Maid Cafe Spot. Please either message us on Facebook or directly through email at programming[at]nishikaze.ca to pre-book your time. This will save time instead of picking at the door!** We have been emailing all of our VIP badge holders, so if you havent recieved an email in the last week, please check your spam folders. -Iron Cosplay Registration is still available to all patrons wanting to participate, and is limited to 18 participants! Hello everybody and happy Sunday! We here at Nishikaze are happy to show off our Marketplace with you all! This year, the Marketplace will be held on the University of Lethbridge Track, just like last year so it鈥檚 big and easy to find. The marketplace will be held on Saturday the 20th, and will open from 11am to 6pm. In addition to that, don鈥檛 forget that registration for Nishikaze 2017 will be held in the PE building on the Saturday, right by the track and all of our panel rooms! That way, if it rains you鈥檒l stay toasty and dry. Can鈥檛 wait to bring you even more tomorrow, and see you soon!

Happy Saturday to everybody! We hope you are all having fun at Tsurucon today, and are petting those kitties! As Lethbridge experiences some thunder-filled weather, we want to lighten the atmosphere by showing off the first of our Nishikaze 2017 merchandise! These are our Nishikaze 2017 mascot designs in VINYL! You can put your love for Ayako and Hoseki on your Phone, your notebooks, your mirrors, and even your CAR! Lolita Ayako and Hoseki will be found at our merch table with the rest of our pins, and Maid Hoseki will exclusively be found in the Maid Cafe, so be sure to get your tickets before we sell out! These little vinyls will be only 2$ each, and an easy addition to your accessory collection! We only ask that you dont put these on your drywall, as vinyl doesnt react well with the surface. Both Lolita Ayako and Hoseki were designed by Amy Zhang, and Maid Hoseki is designed in house by Stefie Simms. Vinyls provided by Allyson Cikor.

Hi Lethbridge and abound! We are at a full two weeks to Nishikaze! Today's info is about the weather we should expect this weekend! So far, no news of rain, but it should be mild and cool for all of the warmer cosplayers and patrons this year! We are in the PE and SU buildings, and since they are attached you should have no problems staying dry if the weather becomes a little gloomy. Hello friends! If you have applied for a vendor or artist booth at Nishikaze and have not heard from us, it is entirely possible that the website ate your application. It has done this in the past when the software has an automatic update. The website does have a archive that usually catches all forms before they are sent to the appropriate email accounts. The application archive has be recently verified to match the forms in the sales email account. We still have room in the marketplace, so you haven't heard from us about an application that you sent in, please contact [email protected] to has us verify if we did receive your application. Otherwise, feel free to resubmit your application! Thanks for bearing with us!!
