so, no context pals, as my last reblog said i’m leaving tumblr, and with that, stopping posting here. i'm gonna miss this blog, but it’s time.

i truly meant what i said-- it’s been SO much fun running this blog these past couple years. sharing absolute silliness from this wonderful show here and knowing it sometimes makes people smile and laugh has been such joy. i’ve seen and adored every response, especially from those of you who have been around a long time or are always in my notifs.

i’m leaving the blog up as an archive of sorts, so the posts can still be around for people to share if they want. there’s also the episode page if you’re ever looking for something specific, and i’ve also added a tag for seasonal posts and some of my favourite no context moments in there, if you ever just want a little silliness.

hey, y'all. so, after over six (!) years with this blog, i’ve decided it’s time to head on out.

i’ve loved running this blog and sharing so much goodness from all my favourite shows, as well as doing my best to champion my baby show chuck whenever i can. tumblr has always been such a generous community, and it’s been a fun ride. but at this stage, i feel like i’ve truly accomplished everything i can on this site. things are dwindling, and with that my ideas, and at this point it feels like i’m investing more energy here than i really need to. i made this blog to be a source of fun and joy for me, and i wanna take my leave before it stops being that, so as the great tswift says, it’s time to go.

with that, i’m also gonna stop posting on @nocontextchuck, and helping out at @chuckvsthegifs. no context has been a particular wonderful silly joy for me on this site, i’ve LOVED maybe making people laugh a little at the utter silliness of our show, but there’s only so much stuff a girl can post from a five-season, 91 episode show that ended almost 10 years ago, lol, and i feel it’s also run its wonderfully dumbass course.

i still adore chuck, obviously, and i’ll still be posting and reading fic as halfachance on FFN– you can’t get the chuck bug outta my brain that easy. i’m leaving everything up and active across the blogs here so hopefully some of my stuff can make y'all smile if it pops up at some point. and, my tags page is still up if you’re looking for something particular, whether christmas gifs or episodes tags. i have one last new gifset going up tomorrow.
