Preening is a regular for pegasus and winged creatures alike, Crimsons daughter Frosty Swirl may not have feathers but she doesnt mind it at all, especially when dad gets burrs out of her fur and mane

Frosty and Geode are his adopted children, 2 of many under his care and the herd he leads far past equestria in lands not ruled by the magic of the sisters, but by beasts and monsters. Crimson protects his herd, and gathers wanderers from all over the wild lands. As i develop the story more you will learn more of both his origins and his herds
