My personal complaint about tbosas the movie(I didn't read the book so I have nothing to say on it) is I didn't feel like the stakes felt real when the only character that felt developed was snow and we know snow becomes president, we know we don't see lucy gray in the original trilogy, there's no character I'm invested enough in to feel invested in anyone.
