no one is forcing you to eat that meal, no one’s forcing you to take those calories, not until you’re so sick your restrained with a tube down your nose. At the end of the day you’re going to gain weight, that’s what they want. They want you fat. So pick up the fork fatty, that’s what i thought.

my tips for restricting food:
breakfast:
1. wear a dressing gown and put a small bin liner in your pocket and scoop cereals/food into your pocket when your parents aren’t looking
2. choose a low cal cereal (1 weetabix or rice krispie)
3. (if your parents don’t watch your meals) put a bit of cereal on the bottom of your bowl and put a bit of milk, then leave it at the sink
lunch:
1. (if you can eat in your room) get some bin liners and put the food in there and then after 20/30 minutes go on a walk and bring the bin liner and throw it away, put it in your handbag.
2. if you drink a supplement find an excuse to go out/drink in your room and pour it down the sink. if you do online school tell them your working an put on a fake zoom call
3. make your own food, in my next post i’ll put good low cal meals
dinner:
1. have a shower and then have dinner after everyone else and put the food into a bin liner in your room so they can’t see it in the bin
2. sleep through dinner
keep going lovelies <3
