"Really?" says the bartender.

"Fair enough," says the bartender.

The bartender doesn't know what to say.

But the man continues. "Those were the two most important days of my life," he says.

The two stand in silence for a moment.

"Well then," says the bartender, "what brings you here today?"

"As fate would have it," the man replies, "I forgot my umbrella."

Speaking of DCC, I was not expecting to learn about cesta punts, a.k.a. Jai alai, and suddenly be transported to a time when I was a wee lad during my first viewing of Tron (1982).

It’s both sad and annoying to be mentally different to everyone in your family, cause they all are like: “we need to get this done”. “We scheduled nothing for these days on our vacation to account for altitude sickness and altitude sickness alone and we don’t know how we’ll handle it”. “We’re worried you’re not living your life but that life is living you”

And I’m sitting here, 2pm, wearing relaxing clothes, reading dungeon crawler Carl, waiting for my Minecraft automation to produce antimatter for another craft, while an autoclicker is being used on cookie clicker on the other screen, thinking:

I am living my life?? This is peak existence outside of sleeping the day away??? This is the happiest I’ve been all week???? WTF ?????
