Why do we need coffee?
      The Common beverage of most people in the morning is coffee. The fascination of coffee extremely contributes to people love to drink it. There are around 30 popular coffee types such as Espresso, Black coffee and Americano. The process of blending and beans that people use contribute to the difference of aroma, taste and colour of the coffee.

  Coffee lovers always need a cup of coffee in the morning because it can boost people’ physical performance with alertness and energy. It is commonly thought that people wake up tired because they did not get enough sleep. Therefore, the good one choice is coffee because it will block Adenosine, which helps your body to avoid tired and detrimental feelings. It can enhance your concentration and stay alert whenever the caffeine remains in the body.

     Coffee is beneficial for people's health. People who drink coffee in the appropriate amount had a lower heart disease risk than people who did not drink coffee.The coffee decreases the potential of risk to be cancers. Coffee drinkers get a lower risk of prostate cancer in men and less risk of endometrial cancer in women compares with nondrinkers.
    Drinking coffee contributes to a happy life. If people drink coffee in moderate quantities, it can decrease depression and increase happiness. People can enjoy their pleasure lives by using coffee to support themselves. Lower risk of disease, improved people’s health and happy life from drinking coffee are the reasons why people need coffee every morning.

The History of Coffee
   There is a mysterious legend about coffee and no one can prove that is true or not, but it is surely from Ethiopia. Coffee became worldwide because shipping though the sea and selling it to other nations. Although it comes from the same place, people buy it and plan in different quality of soil. Emerging the variety of coffee in terms of taste and aroma. Each country has their own coffee beans to represent. It indicates that coffee is significant in our daily life and easy to taste it. There is no best coffee in the world, it has just only rare beans such as Kopi Luwak and Kona. The quality of coffee and how rare of it are the criterion.

The Middle east coffee history
    At the beginning of the coffee mystery, Khalid and his goat eat red berries that make him dance all night with full of energy, which is strange, and share it with the monk.

   This coffee bean was distributed around the world from Ethiopia to the Middle East. It went to Yemen across the red sea. The first port that shipped arrived was called Mocha, which is the name of a famous coffee type nowadays.
The Asian, Europe and America coffee history
  Saint Bubba Budan from India smuggled some coffee beans back to his country for agriculture. Then, as the 1600’s, beans arrived in Europe and America respectively. Every seaside Atlantic ocean nations accepts the coffee beans and becomes more and more famous.
The Brazil coffee history
 Colonel named Francisco went to the Guyana to deal with quarrel between French and Duthch. He asked for coffee seedlings, but he was rejected. Therefore, he tried to convince French’ governor wife by magic to give him and it worked. He keeps that seed and plants it in his Brazil, which is the most exporting coffee bean country at the present.
