Are there links to join, or you guys strictly invite only? What does one do to join this server? If you guys are strict invite only, could you recommend some other servers or something for people interested in roleplay? I'm trying to get into roleplay to work some things out for how to accurately portray characters and stuff, so any help would be greatly appreciated

Once the server is complete we will publicly post the link to join. At the moment the plots for the AU’s are still being altered.

As for other server recommendations it depends on what interests you have, I run other servers for ocs of BNHA and DR, if you are interested. As for finding other simply OC based, you could always try looking some up on Disboard. By looking up “ocs” into the search bar you would easily be able to find multiple servers.

It’s great that you’re trying to accurately portray your characters!! So it’s good that you are thinking of branching out and joining role plays.

What kinda role play is this server? Is it a predefined set of roles kind of thing, or a more make it up as you go dnd-esque thing? And how talented of an artist do you have to be to join?

Oh no no no!! You don’t have to be an artist to join! I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, you do not have to be an artist to join.

The server is a literate role play. The only section we will include dnd themed ways is in our Medieval Fantasy au. We won’t be winging things, we are currently coming up with Future plans and templates of which members get which roles.

OC Roleplay

Miraculous Ladybug AU

Originally I wasn’t planning on making AU’s based on shows, animes, etc. But a member of the staff convinced me to implement it, and after coming up with all these creative ideas I decided it would be wonderful.

So this AU is based off the French cartoon, Miraculous Ladybug, in this roleplay we will be using the main themes of Magic and heroes for roleplayers to base their characters into. Just to clarify, canon characters will not be taking place in this plot. We are hoping to be able to attract other Miraculous Ladybug fans that would like to join!

This particular AU is going to be more complex since it always has information to branch out on. So I’ve created a Google Document for Applications, it isn’t a long form to fill, it just asks for information regarding your character, and since we wish for all the characters placed in this AU to be passionately designed by the user, we see that this is the best way for everyone to apply characters.

This type of fandom based AUs won’t be common in this server, we’re hoping, because not everyone is interested in the same types of shows, but we feel like this would be a good starter for the server.

Information

I want to clarify a bit as to what it is that this Discord Server will be intending to roleplay. Different AUs, Alternate Universes.

We intend to create AU Plots to role play in, though we are hoping to start out small and then plan out more AUs as time goes on. As of currently I have information for an Apocalyptic AU, Witch Academy AU, Miraculous Ladybug AU, and a Hanahaki AU. But I don’t know if these are themes that people wish to role play, so I’m reaching out and asking for suggestions, comments, etc. AU suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Though I will most likely only open one or two at first, it still helps me when I plan to implement more.

Also another note for artists in general: you’re fricking amazing and you should appreciate your work. Whatever art style you create it’s fricking good and you gotta have pride in your beautiful creations < 3.
