Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1 banana. 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1 cup almond milk.
Instructions: Blend together rolled oats, banana, mixed berries, honey, chia seeds, spinach leaves, and almond milk. If you need to, add more almond milk to get the consistency you want. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you want to change how sweet it is, you can add more honey. The high-fiber yogurt smoothie should be poured into a glass and served right away. Add more berries, chia seeds, or a drizzle of honey as a decoration if you want to. Enjoy your tasty and healthy high-fiber yogurt smoothie!

This creamy garlic parmesan mashed cauliflower is a great low-carb alternative to mashed potatoes. It tastes great and is great for people on the keto diet.
Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons butter. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: It takes about 8 to 10 minutes for cauliflower florets to get soft when steamed or boiled. Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Put steamed cauliflower into a food processor. Mix in the garlic butter, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Check the seasoning and make changes if needed. Move the mashed cauliflower to a serving bowl. If you want, you can top it with fresh parsley. Enjoy while hot!
