Flusser “To Create”-Response
Flusser in his text "To Create" arguing that there are no original authors behind information because it was introduced in the past. I agree with Flusser that after the Information Revolution there is no original author but there is still freedom and creativity. When we receive any information we know it came from someone, for me, this is enough by acknowledging the copyright to someone. There is no way to stop storing information in our memory of the information and synthesizing it to a new message. If we isolate a society from birth to death they will, in my opinion, do exactly the same as the early man cave. What man cave did was from someone experience or nature; original memory does not exist. Human nature is to receive information and regenerate it. The question why by the information revolution he claimed there is no freedom? I disagree with Flusser when he said there will be no creativity. Creativity is to regenerate information to a new one. Creativity is not inventing something totally new. Inventing is not original because it is a result of an experiment of previous attempts. So, creativity is receiving information and forwarding it into a new information affected by an individual background and personality.
